After getting a run around and poor service at another store, we came here and purchased a BBQ and propane tank. We had a hard time finding the propane tanks and got the run around from 3 different staff who were working in the area until we found someone who hunted them down for us. They had to get a pallet of them down from the top rack and that took them about 20 minutes to accomplish. Otherwise, we were happy with our purchases.

I went into regent home depot yesterday to buy some solar lights. I went to pay and the pinpad made the noise as if I paid but no receipt came out. the transaction was still on the screen. So I assumed the transaction didn't got through so I put my pin in again. That time a receipt came out. The next day my banking alerted me 2 transactions were purchased at the same amount.So I went all the way back to home depot brought my receipt. I let the customer service know what happened and she said it happened to a lot of people yesterday. And she had to call IT to get it fixed because the network went down. She took a picture of my receipt and said she would call with a incident number. She did. But I still contacted my bank about the situation because I have a feeling I won't get my money back. What's the difference if you just refunded me back the solar lights? Technically I bought 2 packs. But only received one. Right?

Super nice employee. So welcoming, especially around 7am in the morning. I don't think anyone is that excited or happy that early. But the employees here are. 5 star for great customer service

I received the best customer service from Adam from the Hardware Department. From the moment I approached Adam with my query, he exhibited a genuine willingness to help. He actively listened to my concerns. What impressed me the most was his extensive knowledge and expertise in the hardware products you offer.

Absolutely horrible costumer service. Brought in 2 items to return, waited 25min for someone in that department to come. Was told I can't return it only to find the service desk worker lost my receipt, that was sitting on their desk. Another 25 min of waiting later for them to figure out how to find and print off a new one. - Complete waste of an hour of my time for something that should have been 10 min.

I went to Home Depot on Regent Avenue in Winnipeg to get a faucet cartridge. Myles assisted me promptly taking me to the cartridges and helped me find the one I needed. Because it was a different model he called on Mark’s expertise on the subject. Between the both of them I got what I needed. Two separate visits waited 55 min. the the first time then 1 hr and 25 min. for employees to get items with a fork lift. I understand waiting as items were not located at floor level, but wait times like these are frustrating!!!

This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever received , ordered an appliance paid for the old unit to be hauled away and the new unit to be installed. The drivers dropped it off this morning and said they couldn’t take the old unit because it wasn’t unplugged I then asked then why this information was not relayed to me when I called them the day before to ensure I had everything in order. I’ called the CS right away, I spoke with a man who mentioned he would look into my order and call back in 15 min . It’s been over 3 hours, I called several times and no answer . I have a new unit that hasn’t been installed , I have an old unit that needs to be hauled away and I have no idea when any of it will be done . What is actually going on .? This is unprofessional . I am very disappointed to say the least . I waited over a month for my appliance to arrive . Please fix this
