Big Orange Bubble Tea

Love their lychee jelly and soft pearls here. Also love the fresh fruit bubble tea options. My husband liked his honey black tea today. Every time I have been the owner is always smiling and friendly. Will try the warm taro boba option next!

My daughter bought a very overpriced $8 pink bubble tea (just artificial strawberry flavour that tastes horrid and pearls that taste good). She brought it home 3/4 full to share how she felt she may have been taken advantage of because of her age (the drink she had ordered was listed as $4). Not sure what happened here but, unlike the owner would imply, it was not mostly consumed and left on the cooler :(. Strange that the owner would imply that this legitimate complaint was actually something my daughter did wrong rather than take genuine curiosity in correcting the situation. 1 star for the owner as well as the drink.

Very tasty and reasonable price for the size! Staff are very nice and efficient. There was a misunderstanding for what I ordered but they fixed it with no extra charge and no hassle. :) Thank you!

If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. I have never felt this uncomfortable while purchasing anything. As someone who works in the service industry I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, maybe they're having an off day. However, the service I received was truly awful and I have never felt that condescended. When I went to tell the sales person I had received the wrong order I was met yet again with an very rude response and a lot of attitude. The drink was fine but I didn't feel like this is a safe space that I would suggest to anyone.

Do not spend your money here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been to over 100 bubble tea stores across 5 countries and I can confidently say that this is the worst BBT I've ever consumed. Details:The owner is extremely rude and standoffish. This is evident in their replies to reviews (and this one will probably get a multi paragraph angry response too). In person, I agree with a previous reviewer that this is not a safe space to go to. The owner is very mean and the staff looked stressed and fearful. Not a fun customer service experience.The tea I was given was honestly disgusting. I don't even know if there was any actual tea in there. It was foul tasting and beyond artificial - I would even describe it as chemically.The boba" was 100% old. It was the worst tapioca pearls I'd ever eaten. It's not for for consumption and should've been thrown out days ago. The owner should drink their own products and judge if they can in good conscience serve it to paying customers.I really hope that the business improves rapidly in the near future. In the meantime

Delicious bubble tea, love it! It depends on what flavour you order though, some of them taste like nothing but juice.

Had the basic black tea with bubbles! I like the fact that they offer non-milk version!

I went in today to get my regular slush drink with mango jellies, he repeats the Oder back to me multiple times and then I get a liquid drink back with lychee jellies. I go and ask her if they ran out of mango and she proceeds to tell me you asked for lychee. When the person at the till repeated mango jellies back to me . They made me feel like I was the problem and it was my mistake which is very concerning since they are making drinks that are consumed. Do not waste your time or money on the big orange at mayfair mall the workers don’t know basic communication and customer service skills. If I could give 0 stars I would

we always enjoy the bubble tea (both liquid and slush) that we order here plus the pearls and jellies you can add as toppings. I would definitely recommend the mocha flavour.
