Horrible Customer Service: I went in to get something and went to the the owner (I recognized him but he did not remember me) he asked me to wait which i did standing, there was no line up and no one in front or behind me. He asked me top go where the chairs were. I ended up leaving without purchasing what I went there for. I will never set foot there again. Clearly he doesn't care about customers.

Very clean and unusually well stocked with medical devices, herbal remedies, natural health. Pharmacy is excellent, will phone when your meds are ready. Friendly PO.Only criticism: staff will give out your personal info on phone as soon as you say your name, without asking other proof of identity. So anyone could phone and get your address and medical info. Bad practice.

Mispriced cadbury creme eggs. I saw they were marked down to 70 cents. Clearly was 70 cents marked on the box. I was with my 3 year old daughter. I said why not at that good price. Ar the cash they scan at 1.64. I explain to the woman the law is that it is free since it is mispriced. She says no way never. Walks over rips off the price that says 70 cents. I say well no this is illegal. She says no if you wont pay 1.64 you wont get it. I explain again the Law. She won't budge. So I have to leave with no cadbury creme egg. Illegal pricing. My daughter sobbed like no tomorrow as we left, in the parking, I had to explain that in life some peiple are not faie. I will never go again and I will pass on the word on illegal practices at Brunet Atwater.

I always had a great experience at this pharmacy, amazing staff and impeccable service, however since new management came in, all employees have changed and the service has completely flipped around. You can tell that the staff barely has any experience... Where are all the knowledgeable staff? Even the post office staff has changed. It’s a little weird especially since everyone was so great. Anyhow, it definitely feels less of a family-friendly pharmacy now.

I go to this pharmacy for prescriptions since i moved around here this summer and it is ok , the pharmacists are nice and helpful but there was a few mistakes with my insurance but whatever they fixes it, my 1 star review is for the cosmetics section in particular (i woul give 4 stars for pharmacy counter and rest of the store) so whever i used to go to the cosmetics department there i used to be pretty happy. I mostly went at nights when there was a nice cosmetician wearing a headscarf, she was always helpful and nice attitude. But then i went a weekday afternoon when it was another women there. There was a promotion advertised with a sing on the klorane shelf for all klorane skincare product buy 2 get one free. There was a picture of various klorane products like a face cream and The eye patches . I picked up 3 eye patches and went to the cosmetics counter to pay. Cosmetician had no idea about the promotion happening for klorane products even tho its in her section and they have a big sing …. Then she says no the eye patch doesnt apply to the promo ,i argued because it is literaly in the picture on the sing announcing the promo and nothing says eye patches excluded… it seems like she just didnt want to give me the promo. She then asked the cosmetics manager over who looked at me weirdly and said whatever just do it (in a tone to make me feel like i was in the wrong and i should be ashamed ) She didnt seem nice either . Then, i had a coupon for a few dollars off on another product from the baby section and that was a problem for the cosmetician as well…. Seriously such a headache ! I will continue going there for the prescriptions counter and the rest of the store because they have really good prices in general and never had a problem with a cashier ( well , i heard 2 clerks at the post office talk badly about another customer , thats rude but i dont go to the post office ) i dont want to buy from this cosmetics counter anymore

Marie-Lou in cosmetics was great help, very knowledgeable especially regarding Jouviance products. The store was clean and neatly organized.

Knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists. Post office staff are super efficient and pleasant. Ample stock and prices are good.

Prices I find are quite good. Went to the lab this time for a vaccine, and it's actually cheaper than other places I called. They were very nice and the nurse looked at my booklet and informed me of other upcoming vaccinations I'll need to take which was helpful.The only down is that they seemed super rushed (no one was after me) but I assume they have a lot of other things to do like orders to fulfill etc since I heard all the staff in the lab and pharmacist and technicians constantly talking (about work).
