I had a great experience at home depot today. I was looking for a specific product and met 2 extremely kind persons working there, Tracy and Britt. They went above and beyond to help me find the products I need.Thank you Tracy and Britt, you guys are awesome. You made it so easy for me finding what I need. Way to go.

The workers are always so helpful and friendly! Sometimes hard to find the cash but everyone will help you! Easy to find things because you can use your phone to check the website and see which isle the item you’re looking for it in. I find that super cool and handy to use if you want to be quick or can’t find anyone fast enough. Great location.

Cameron, in Home Depot’s appliance department in Newmarket ON, was absolutely excellent, when my wife and I went there to complete the purchase of a freezer (on 21 April). He was knowledgeable, very helpful, and ensured that all the bases were covered. Just excellent.Addendum: my pleasure was reduced when the new freezer was not delivered on 27 Apr as scheduled, because my payment which Cameron had processed, had apparently not gone through. He had asked me, and entered my credit card info, but the transaction was apparently not successful. I would have liked him to let me know that, at the time. Now I will have to wait a week more to get the freezer delivered. Regardless, my experience with Cameron was solidly good.

I love visiting home depot when there are staff like Dianne works. About 2 weeks ago I went to the Newmarket store and Dianne's customer service at the return counter was amazing. Her warm welcome smile, her expertise and fast service is truly appreciated. She exactly knew where I should go check for the replacement item. Another nice lady helped me but I didn't capture her name. Overall, Newmarket Home Depot store has the best staff in my experience. Thanks for everything.

I don't know where to begin, Jay helped me with my kitchen black-splash DIY. Jay was sooooo helpful,I don't even have the words to describe how caring, knowledgeable and professional Jay is. Jay ill come and show you the finished work!. You rock!

I found some large totes that were clearly in the clearance section. I asked one rep and she said those are the last two they have and are on clearance. When I went to pay they were regular price. They took forever to get someone to check the prices and still said they were regular price. One of the lids was completely discolored. I was getting them for garage storage so it would serve it's purpose. But this isn't the first time I've had pricing issues at this location. They need to do better. I picked up stair runners from clearance 2.99 priced down from 14.98 and they all rung up regular price.

Few weeks ago I walked into homedepot Newmarket. WORST customer service ever. At the time I had two mini items I was contemplating on returning with my receipt in hand and as soon as I walked into the store. Literally stepped in a elder lady started yelling at me asking if I was returning the two mini items in my hand. She kept yelling and I told her im not sure yet I might want to return it but I have to check the aisle to see if I could find a similar product or stick with the ones I bought. She kept yelling and saying that I have to return it. She embarrassed me infront of everyone and yelled this is the policy here. I told her ive walked into many homedepots and other retail stores and have never had this experience Ever in my life. I usually go in browse and if I found something better then decide on a return. This experience really bothered me Dianne really ruined my day and relationship with homedepot newmarket. From now on I will need to visit the aurora location and definitely skip shopping at the newmarket location while Im doing renovations and buying appliances. Its unfortunate because we renovate quite often and the business will go to other homedepots in the area. Ill make sure my voice and concern is across my network.

Always organized and cool staffs that help a lot.They are also very quick for pickup orders.This I placed an online order around 12:30 PM for several items, few minutes later I received the acknowledgment email that the order is ready to pick up, and I picked it up in Home Depot’s parking is less than 5 minutes.Awesome!

I met the store manager, Larry Timbers today and two very nice and knowledgeable storeAssociates regarding my tile situation. Within 10 minutes they're had my problem resolved. My wife was extremely happy and that makes me happy. I highly reccommend Home Depot Newmarket.

My husband and I visited Home Depot in Newmarket this morning. We are renovating two bathrooms and are looking for various items. First we went to look for faucets. We knew the ones we wanted and it said there were nine at the store. We needed three and found two. A salesperson came to help but he could not locate them. He did not look at any boxes that were ubove the others. Then we went to buy some bathroom accessories towel holder/toilet paper holder and although there were many indicated that were in the store we could not find the ones we wanted. Tyler came to help us and located a box they were in. He had to climb the ladder. We then asked him if he could help us locate the other faucet. It was not his department but he pleasantly came to help us and found them. They were high up. I thought his customer service was outstanding. He saved us from having to go to the Aurora store. He went out of his way to come and help us even when it was not his section. Home Depot is lucky to have an employee like Tyler.
