Dr. Kibblewhite is wonderful going above and beyond to care for my little dog. I would highly recommend her. All the staff are kind and caring and take such good care of my dog especially in the emergency situations we have had to deal with! I will never go anywhere else!

Would highly recommend. We have not had good success with other clinics but have nothing bad to say about this team! Very pleased with all services for our cats and dogs.

Have been coming to see Dr Bibby and team since 2022 and I have never had a better experience. Dr Bibby is so caring, positive and calm. Treats my Duke like his own and always spends so much time explaining things to me. So much patience! He phoned me and had a lengthy discussion about next steps and never makes me feel rushed! The front desk team and technicians are the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this clinic!

Just moved both my dogs here from a vet in calgary. I would highly recommend Dr.Kibblewhite. She was awesome and super informative! We can’t wait to come back!

I have been seeing Dr. Kibblewhite since she opened. She’s looked after 3 of my dogs and I’ve referred numerous friends and clients here. We hadn’t been back since 2021 and coming into the clinic was a bit nuts. There were SO many people and pets crowded at the front door as there is really no waiting area. The staff were efficient and got us in fairly quickly. We were seeing a new vet as Dr. Kibblewhite couldn’t see us for a few weeks due to her packed schedule. I agreed to see the new Dr. He’d been a vet for 50 years and after closing his practice had come to work part time to help out with the backlog. Things went as planned, until he needed to work on my dogs infected ear. My dog by this time was in a lot of pain and had had enough. I did my best to calm him and keep him still. He snapped at the Dr a few times as a warning, but the Dr continued to work on his ear. Finally my dog bit him. Not a killer bite but a “I’ve had ENOUGH” bite. He immediately released. The Dr then took it upon himself to discipline my dog yelling “no” and smacking him across the face. I was so stunned I just grabbed my dogs and left.The manager called me within 1/2 an hour to apologize and discuss the situation. Although she has been great, it doesn’t dismiss the fact that this Dr hit my dog. I still stand behind Dr. Kibblewhite and her staff, but clearly some changes need to be made at the practice. It’s too busy, overcrowded and she’s hired someone that is not taking care of and respecting her patients the same way she does. I hope she can find someone that better represents the way she loves and cares for the animals in her clinic. Until then, I will be looking for another vet. No one should be allowed to hit a dog and continue to practice.

A doctor hit a close friends dog in the face. When we went into the clinic the manager was being very disrespectful and disregarding everything we were saying. When asked if they think it is acceptable to abuse dogs she responded by laughing.

Amazing vet clinic. Dr. Kibblewhite is very thorough and only charges for what is needed. Never any up selling here. They are also very compassionate. I can’t say enough good about this clinic. They really take care of you and your fur babies.

Very sweet staff. Really busy when Misty and I arrived but they were happy to help us our. Plus, they have silicone tags to keep the jinging to a minimum and a lot of toys and healthy snacks:)

Long story short they were not honest with me about what was in my dogs file that would lead to my dogs insurance claim being rejected. Even though I asked twice. Ultimately this led to his surgery being unnecessarily delayed for 2 months. As a dog groomer at a large daycare, I am mind blown at the lack of communication and transparency. Also have to love that they are replying by gaslighting lol There are so many other good vet clinics around please avoid this one! 05/17/2023 And to continue this review the vet clinic decided to withhold my other dogs thyroid prescription and lie to the new vet that they didn’t have a file for my dogs at all. Wish I could say I’m surprised they would withhold an animals medication to “get revenge” over a bad review but I’m not. Please avoid this clinic.
