Hired Eldorado Cleaners to handle the cleanup of some construction we did on a residential apartment. They took care of it professionally and efficiently, which we greatly appreciated.

Couldn't be happier with the cleaning services provided to my business by Eldorado Cleaners. They left the space spotless and our interactions on the phone were professional and friendly. They made scheduling easy and were happy to accommodate us.

Hired them to do cleaning for our location in Whitby, turns out it was a huge mistake. Horrible owner, he doesn't do any work, he just hires cheap labours to do his duties. Will no longer be using them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! NONE of the work were done right! The pressure washing was done like someone left muddy tire marks on my drive way, and damaged the plants! Carpet cleaning wasn't done right, loads of missing spots, windows had loads of smudges! The owner, Mich or Mick or how ever you say his name, is extremely rude. He also yells at his employees in front of his customers, which is a HUGE red flag about their work environment! I noticed some of the employees are recent immigrants. He definitely uses cheap labor paying them minimum wages to them or cash because I heard one of them complaining about it. They seem to be underpaid or worse, cash!There are so many better cleaners, so better to be safe than sorry. Use someone else. Stay away from these guys! You're welcome!

Eldorado Cleaners was extremely responsive and took great care whenever I made a request for them, and in the general work that we had agreed upon with our monthly contract, I always felt I had someone who really cared that I was satisfied and the work was done properly. I can't recommend Mick and his team any higher!

This company came over to my house and did a nice deep clean for us. The staff who came over were so kind and cheery and did such a great job! I will definitely be having them back!
