Super knowledgeable and willing to work with brands that they aren't a direct dealer for. Made the process of getting a warranty frame replacement, swapping all the parts over and servicing it all very smooth. Took longer than estimated originally to get it all done but I had lots of time before I needed the bike and there was a lot of unexpected delays including having to wait for the new frame and some other parts. Kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided options for upgrading parts or swapping them out if issues were noticed

I've always had great service here, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I had to return something the other day that didn't fit on my bike and the gentleman I spoke to was very understanding.Their store is well stocked with a good variety of new bikes, parts, and apparel for road or mountian bikers. I always am able to find what I need there.I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a new bike, get their bike serviced, or just looking for some new accessories.

Really disappointed that the team had my bike for a week and couldn't find the time to change out the winter studded tires. Called on day 6 said it was on the list for that day. Still not done following day. Picked up my bike and went for a ride. Lost a regular customer.

Great people, great bikes, great service, great repair shop.Whenever we need a new bike this is our go to shop! Whenever a bike needs repairs, this is our go to shop!Today we dropped off our son's Giant (a piece came loose and was rubbing the gears and making noise). Got the text within half an hour that the repair was completed!
