Carolina, Daniel, and Abby as a team made sure everything was ready for our vehicle pick up which happened within such a short window, we were surprised they pulled it off without any hitches. Abby was out delivery specialist and managed the handover. She gave us a complete walk through of all the important features in the car. She ensured all our devices were connected and working prior to our departure and made sure we understood how some of the security features worked. This review encompasses first contact to day of delivery. I will update it after some ownership time but overall, this was one of the best experiences we’ve had - and we’ve had many good and some not so good ones.First off, the GM Jim Hamilton was very responsive to an initial intro and took the time to speak with me about the dealership and the brand. Before the conversation was over, he referred me to Daniel Seow in sales and Daniel was amazing.Daniel took as much time as we needed, answered 100 questions via email, by phone almost immediately and on his days off. When in for a test drive, was great, very polite to both of us, respectful to what we needed to know and understand. Best of all, zero pressure and never felt any push to make a decision. Another thing we particularly appreciated was his honesty which became clear from the first conversation.Daniel worked with his Manager Siavash in getting us the value we expected in trading in a Porsche 911- well done. F&I contact Carolina was excellent, not at all pushy and was quick with responses, paperwork, etc.Day of delivery, Tevin as the handover specialist was also great, patient as we ran in to last minute paperwork issues and thorough in everything needed to drive off as happy customers.
