The sales and support great, passing on of critical information??The process is painful and if you don't care about the 5k greener homes grant it will sane you 2-3 months. Natural Resources Canada are Idiots and make this harder than it needs to be. The first visit should just be a drive by to see no panels. Then after to confirm the installation and check the wattage and see the paid invoice.Nope they want a vacuum test for solar. The vacuum test is for heat retention not green electricity! The one plan one model approach is WRONG and COSTLY

I went through Solar training at Stardust Solar. It was very well done, I felt very good about the class and what i had been taught after I finished. The class was well put together and the teacher did a fantastic job.

Just completed the Solar Installation Course, with Evan as our instructor! He was incredibly knowledgable and so patient and willing to take his time explaining everything so everyone in the course could fully understand, we had a couple students in the course who where not electricians and he was able to break everything down using real world situations to explain the topics to them so they could fully comprehend! Bonus that they provided coffee and catered lunch every single day which was a nice treat!

Stardust Solar were meticulous with our Solar Panel and Inverter installation. The result was very neat and looks great on our roof. They handled all the applications and permits with the city council and Hydro. As a result, everything went smoothly. They also helped us set up the app. so we can monitor our energy generation and check on the status of each individual solar panel at any time. It feels great to be getting free electricity even on cloudy days. Stardust Solar made the whole experience effortless, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering installing a solar system.

Wow what an experience in Solar technology .I learned so much about the industry as a 38 year veteran in the piping hand HVAC trades .Whether your a trades person looking to grow your business or a home owner wanting to learn about your own solar. Stardust Solar is the best in hands on training and education .

Stardust Solar's course on solar PV is a one-week long (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) course which covers the solar PV technology in depth. The 5th day is hands on installation of PV system. The course instructor, Mr. Evan Kraemer is knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about solar energy - I can highly recommend this course!

A top notch, world class instructional course on everything solar related. I personally went into this class without knowing what a volt or an amp were, and now I have a complete, top to bottom, understanding of solar array technology. The instructor was great, the lunches were really good, and overall I really feel like I got a lot more from this course than expected when considering the cost and length of the course. I understand Stardust Solar intends to offer an advanced course, and possibly even a wind turbine course, down the road, both of which I fully intend to take. I cannot say enough good things about this course or company. Fully recommended.

While all the reviews here speak to the company's ability to train other contractors, my customer experience with Stardust Solar was less than stellar...Some facts around my experience for others to note:1.) I signed a contract in February 2022 for a solar system after the Stardust solar team had inspected my house for system specifications. When the team arrived in June 2022 to install the system (after I had paid a 30% deposit and the panels arrived at my house the day before), I was advised that the company would NOT install the system unless I replaced my roof first. Instead, if I wanted the system installed, I had to waive the roof warranty provision Stardust Solar had offered in the original contract... They did sweeten" the deal after I complained about this

The team at Stardust were extremely knowledgeable, took time to answer my questions and respond to differences between competitor quotes/proposals. The project took longer than anticipated due to permitting delays, but they got it done in the end, performed solid install work, and worked well with other contractors as needed. Giving me a better sense of the potential delays and permitting costs up front, and avoiding a mid-project change in project manager would have turned my 4 stars into 5, but I believe that these were both due to unforeseen circumstances on their end. I would work with Stardust again in the future.
