I was contacted by James Wilson after they had contacted me by my email. As I've been trying for a few years to get a vehicle. After I got back to them James contacted Ted then we talked by phone. He was very nice , told a few jokes and he got in touch with a gentleman for me from another bc dealership named Adam. Who in turn told me he'll work very hard for me to get me a vehicle that it will take time but if any answer comes no matter what it is he'll contact me back. A very good friend's of James From he told me. James is very nice easy to talk to very much geared to do his best to get you a vehicle. They all seem to try and work thier magic to get you one. And has personally asked me to keep in touch to let him know the results. All in all so far very happy and feel blessed and pray I do finally get one back after hav8ng my last one stolen 6 years ago.Thanktou.Melody

The interactions I had with the company were the worst and lacked professionalism. Despite declining their offer and requesting to be removed from their system, they persistently called me. When I clearly stated that I was not interested over the phone, their Customer Service team resorted to texting me. Even after mentioning my lack of interest again, the person on the other end started to challenge me, calling me confused and wrong. Despite my request for them to stop contacting me, they continued to mock me and my name, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Scammers or just really annoying business practices. Called my phone asking for someone else, then texted not 1 minute later trying to get me to buy a car. I said no and to stop contacting me please. They did NOT listen, they keep calling and texting weekly. Blocked.

Got a text from one of them and they lied right away..and then the guy got very pushy and wanted my credit score. they won't get my business

This is perhaps the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had with a company They cold called me out of nowhere which was fine. I get it. I told them I wasn't really planning on getting a new vehicle yet but would be willing to see what they could offer. I told them my price range, my down payment and how much a month I was willing to pay. I was assured they could work with those numbers so I did the whole application process answering all the questions. I was told the finance team would contact me. They did and it was like they never received any of my info. He asked me again what kind of payments and down payment I could do. He then asked me why I didn't want to go higher payments and I told him. He didnt seem pleased and kept trying to get me to go higher. He finally said he could do something and would get back to me. That was a few day's ago and still no word from him. Very unprofessional and I would never purchase a vehicle from this company.
