Bittersweet Piano Lounge
Beautiful art deco lounge but piano too loud you can't have a conversation also wine menu lacking go to other hotel bar and get wine and bring it back . Piano selections too classical and too long for crowd enjoyment

Though I admire the efforts of the owner and have faith that he might get it there, this place is not yet worthy of a 5 star rating. The night I went there, had it NOT been for the efforts of the owner, my rating would be much less than the 3 Im giving it. My concerns are twofold. One is staffing and the owner is aware of what transpired that I will not go into here

Amazing new piano bar. Has a Art Deco feel and amazing staff. Something different than the same old Buffalo bar.

Bittersweet Piano Lounge
Incredibly fresh sushi. For those that don't care for sushi there's plenty of amazing nuns amazing non sushi plates that are so incredibly tasty. Spicy eggplant, shishito Peppers roasted to perfection. Terrific atmosphere good music. A must foodie experience when in Chicago. It is located right by the Nordstroms which is definitely one of my go to places.

Bittersweet Piano Lounge
The live music was fantastic. Very classy real musicians base, piano, and vocalist. I love the upscale comfortable atmosphere - sofas, padded chairs, soft lighting, etc. The charcutterie board and my elderberry cocktail was lovely. The pianist was most talented! They best have him back. I WILL be back with my posse of friends!

It's been awhile since I have been to the Lafayette Hotel but I have been to a few of the different restaurants in the hotel. The small bar/lounge in a well preserved old hotel in downtown Buffalo.Started with a foxtrot cocktail vodka hazelnut liquor and sugar rimmed martini glass. Delicious and sneaky presented by bartender Steven. Two tacos chicken and beef with all the fixings. Very good served by Jasmine. Nice Latin combo playing smooth jazz. Had a good time. I intend to return to try other cocktails and light fare

Bittersweet Piano Lounge
Bittersweet is great in that it fills a much needed space in the upscale, live music lounge scene that is missing from Buffalo. Elegantly decorated, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a great lineup of vocalists and pianists to entertain.

Bittersweet Piano Lounge
We've been here a few times when friends have had gigs at the piano bar. The live music nights here are great. The drinks are high quality. The cheese trays are really good.
