This company recently started delivering my monthly shipment parcels and has been a nightmare! I work from home and am always home. They never ring my doorbell, only take my packages to a nearby store to make me go and pick them up. The message is that I wasn't home at the time of delivery. My husband and I both work from home!! I have been getting these monthly packages at my door for the past 5 years from another delivery company with no problems. I have no idea why the switch, but I will work on finding out why. I get messages on my phone days later to pick up my parcel. I go out and pick it up. Then 2 days later, I get another message saying to go pick up my parcel. I go out again and there is no parcel ... the message was for the one I already picked up 2 days previously? I don't have time for this... I want my parcels at my door like ALL other delivery services do!!!!

Left my package outside my apartment building and didn't even call or buzz me to notify me my package was delivered. This is how Packages get stolen..... From lazy delivery driver's

They aren't even worth the 1 - parcel was being delivered. Have captured the driver on video ringing doorbell. He then leaves with parcel in hand. He did call the house but didn't leave a message - how am I to know its delivery service when I get in as opposed to scam phone call as its an individuals name I don't know. No attempt delivery notice left in mailbox. Only reason I know something was being delivered is because of the video capture. I then go into tracking it says its being returned to retailer as the address is invalid? ! Clearly it wasn't - why didn't the driver leave it in mailbox or between the door. Then try to reach them is another nightmare.

Pleasantly surprised that it was sitting in front of my apartment door this morning. They emailed me when parcel was out for delivery and again when it was delivered. Good job!

These guys do not call do not text they simply leave their packages in front of doors where the resident is not even there or in a three building condo complex they leave packages in front of a locked package room door at 6 in the morning instead of taking the packages directly to the concierge!!! This delivery system is horrid they're leaving packages unattended where they can be stolen by anyone at any time and they do not claim responsibility for doing that either they even showed me the picture proving to me that they left the package in front of a locked door what is wrong with these people are they're really looking for a lawsuit!!!???

The delivery guys honestly don't care. They've delivered 3 things to me all to the wrong address and no where in the vicinity. My packages get delivered to somewhere else entirely. Never again and any company that uses them, never again.

1 star is too much. This incompetent courier service that I never heard of before now, left my package in a busy apartment lobby and someone took it. They couldn't even bother to notify me upon delivery that it was in the lobby because I could have ran downstairs to get it. I am working from home Monday to Friday and even when they are in the building the couldn't bother to drop it at my apartment door.The worst part is I had to contact them through a linked feedback form. They never apologized just told me to contact the main courier (landmark) who also does not care and told me to contact the supplier I ordered from who by the way still has my package listed as out for delivery even as I type this so I have to wait to make a claim smdh.Companies like these should not be in business because they do not care.

No even 1 star. I am waiting for my package over 20 days from USA. I required info through their package info several times, they never replied. My Xmas gift is gone I don't know where is it.The worst delivery company in Canada. There is not contact number to call.This company should be reported for big scam.
