Hello Folks,This is what my experience with this dealer.1. Trane (Resdential) web site collects all the information (new installation) to send it right dealer - INCORRECT- its sends to a trash can (NovaTrix) most likely.2. After 2 days, I called the local dealer who happens to be Novatrix for my area, Lady on the phone is very polite and accommodating. Gave me a confirmation for an appointment (virtual) for Feb 22 2021 at 9ish (am). Whole day gone, no one called, no mail nothing what so ever communication regarding the same.Trane in general seems to be a good product based on reviews, however I am not sure if this dealer is upto the mark. Im fairly disappointed by the seriousness of them even after calling back there is no follow up. I sincerely suggest - Folks dont waste time on contacting Nova-Tricks"!Bon chance!"

I've been a client for several years and have had excellent service. Recently I ordered a new electric furnace and a heat pump. Installation was done as planned by a very professional and polite team who left my home spotless when they were done.I highly recommend the company

i spoke to the receptionist on Monday to order some filters. i asked about the price and the receptionist said it was 50$ for filters 20x20x5. So i asked how much is a package of 5 and she told me 40$ /each, the more you buy, the cheaper it is, but the cheapest is 40$, with a minimum purchase of 5 filters. So I order 1 package of 5 filters for 40$ eachand i specifically requested Merv 13.Today i passed by to pick up the order at around 11:00. i spoke to the lady at the counter and give my order information. Two minutes later, the guy from the back store brings out 10 filters. I immediately inform the lady that i just ordered a package of 5 filters. She respond to me rudely and said that my order was for 10 filters. I was like whatever , maybe there was a misunderstanding. I apologized politely 2x and said there must has been a misunderstanding.I then opened the package to make sure everything is right and i found out they gave me Merv 11 filters instead of Merv 13 as i requested. The lady (rudely again) told me they replaced the Merv 13 by Merv 11 and that it was the same thing with an uncertain tone . She was not able to tell me the difference . I felt like she just wanted me to pay and leave.No one told on the phone that there is was no longer any Merv 13 and that they only had Merv 11. i know there is a difference between Merv 11 and Merv 13. She kept insisting that it is the same thing. Anyways, i made the payment and left.The lady lacks of customer service skills. She ignored my Apologies, she was Condescending, not Polite and Rude. She made me feel bad about the misunderstanding by ignoring my apologies , like i was wasting her time . Its not like she was the one who had to bring back the 5 extra filters in the back store.That was a really Poor Poor service and very unprofessional! No minimum basic customer service skill at all!i give 0 star

Great service and unit works like a charm. Highly recommended!

Excellent sale services and installation was done professionally!Will update this if I have any issue, but so far so good.
