Unassuming place with some of the best homestyle and pub food in Kamloops for good prices to boot. Best soups, burger patty is flavourful, their steak strip Philly is phenomenal! Best thin potato skins (truly mostly skins rather than a hunk of baked potato) with lots of toppings.Clean bathrooms. Good service. Consistent quality and value.

Our social club held its Christmas dinner here on December 20. Is a different style of pub. The decor is old style. Gives it a cold feeling....not your usual pub. Drafty under center long tables. It has a different layout & feel. Not a friendly atmosphere. No warmth. It has a smaller separate section with french doors near windows facing front and a fireplace to give warmth. Is a small pub with a liquor store attached.Not a place I would frequent.

My wife and l have been eating at this pub for years and have never had a bad experience. The service is great just like the show Cheers with great banter from all staff (like family)but as great as the service is its the home cooking that anchors us. The wraps and soup are among the best in kamloops especially the California shrimp wraps. To all the staff on behalf of us thank you for all the great service and food over the the years. Happy Easter.

A decent place that makes a decent burger at a reasonable price. The waitress was a no-nonsense type, but not unpleasant. The atmosphere and decor are more in line with an 80s bar from a blue collar neighbourhood than a pub. Taps had a pretty basic set of standard domestic beers.
