The staff at the reception was so nice, she’s not like retail sales who only tried to get you buy stuff, she cared! She asked your needs and did everything she could to make sure you’re best served, thank you!(I couldn’t remember her name but it was Friday, June 9, 2023 at 5:54 PM, plz store manager makes sure you give her extra bonus cuz she deserves it)

I felt disappointed about the after care service on this location. when I ask my bf to go back for cleaning service . The girl stand on the front said due to COVID so the cleaning service is not available! But my colleague just went to the other location I in Richmond for cleaning, and Richmond did a very good job on it. I totally don’t understand how COVID affect you to clean my stuffs. And you guys can still service so many people in your store for trying things on and purchase. That reason is not a excuse for you to be lazy. Never go back again!

Absolute horrible customer service. I have been back on three separate occasions to return an item I purchased. Each time I went the store has been closed for the day arbitrarily even though the online hours show it should be open.I have wasted so much money on driving to the shop and parking that the refund is pointless. I will not be shopping here or at any other Pandora again to avoid this in the future, lesson learned.

I was given a gift card to add to my bracelet. I looked online prior to going in the store so I already had an idea of the items I liked. The staff that helped me were super friendly and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted. They even cleaned my braclet for me since it was a little tarnished.... from not being used much during the last 2+ years!I would recommend this location to others.

As sale’s associate at Pandora (Metrotown) I HAVE NOT PAID ME for over 20 days I have been waiting last week for my paycheque and they even said I will receive my money by Friday latest April 1 and still nothing this company do not care about they employees as I’m not the only one that has been paid. Not a place to work for GIVE US OUR MONEY! To anyone that can help as get our money please I ask for help for I have talked to my manager to HR and nothing has done

I came in for a jewelry clean a while ago they broke my charm that is no longer in stores. They refuse to give me a new charm or even help me about it at all. This is disgusting that a company can break peoples things they spent lots of money on just to not replace it or even bother to do anything about. Disgrace of a company.

The worst customer service. They had a promotion going on and so the counters were pretty busy. I stood there waiting for someone to free up, and was ignored for the better part of 20 minutes. At the end, I found out there was a waiting list that I had not been informed of. I left in irritation; it literally would not have taken me any longer than 2 minutes to try on the things I wanted to try, but I was not given that opportunity.
