Cool Smiles Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics

Pretty amazing dental and orthodontist place. It instantly puts kids at ease with the McDonald's style play park at reception. Each dental chair has its own TV on the ceiling. This place is pretty decked out. My teen gets his invisaline done here. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Take your kids here.

Had such a great experience at Cool Smiles yesterday. I needed to get my 3 year old in to have a chipped tooth looked at and they were able to get us in within about an hour of being called. They were so fantastic with my son & we were in an out in no time.

The environment is inviting and interesting for the kids. It takes away every iota of fear once they step through the doors. The staff are friendly and the doctors are kind but professional and they give lovely small toys to the kids which makes them want to return.

Very friendly staff. We have used them for regular dentistry and orthodontics. Both my kids feel so comfortable as the staff explain the process and show them whatever tools they are using.

Update:Once we requested our scans and x-rays for another dentist to look at they told us there was magically no longer any recommendation for any of the work they had previously recommended and that our child may need" work done in the future.Lack of follow up

After leaving a very abusive marriage my children had some serious dental issues that were very hard to deal with. This amazing clinic worked with us through all of it, especially the emotional parts. The staff worked with all of us on our successful dental health exploring all Options to reach our dental outcomes. This has been a tremendous healing experience both emotionally and physically. It's beautiful seeing how attentive my children have become over keeping their smiles Cool and Beautiful ❤️ Thank you Cool Smiles, and most of all, thank you for becoming our dental family!!

Considering another dental clinic. The dental hygienist was strict and abrupt with my four-year-old. She was personally distressed and tired of her work with children. She seemed burnt out and desensitized. I reminded her twice that my child was young and had never been in a dentist office before; “You need to slow down,” I had to say. she was getting frustrated with my child who is wiggley on the chair. My child has never been to a dentist before. How could that hygienist expect children to be perfectly still? Good thing our next check up isn’t until November – maybe we will have a different hygienist next time?The dentist was perfectly well mannered and more than kind to my child. Compassion is so important when working with people.Fun, colourful atmosphere! Almost like a playground! I really loved how the waiting room was geared for children completely, and the whole building was an adventure.

We had a great - no… amazing experience at Cool Smiles! Breanne and Dr. Amar were a dream team for my daughter. She had 2 teeth pulled and still wants to go back!! I was expecting to pay thousands of dollars for dental work but was pleasantly shocked when the final invoice was done.We will see you guys for routine cleaning this winter! Thanks again.

My son always looks forward to go to the clinic. In addition to the beautiful clinic, that he can play in. Also all the staff, I mean it all of them"are so nice and experts at their job. I have been taking my son there for the last 6 years. Thank you Cool Smiles."
