After calling a few other repair places in town and either being told they don't work on our brand or they can't come out until the end of the month we tried Mr. Appliance.The gave us a time frame for the same day and were at our house within twenty minutes of the start time.They were able to quickly assess the issue and were able to provide a quick and reasonable repair as they had the parts in their truck already.In just over an hour they were done and our dryer was in working order again.Will definitely be calling Mr. Appliance again for our repair needs.

We purchased a washer and dryer from Mr. Appliance. They helped us make good choices BUT what sealed the deal was their responsiveness to our needs. The techs did an outstanding job communicating with us. They showed up when promised.Job done to our complete satisfaction. No mess left behind. No question about it, we will keep Mr. Appliance (Barrie) on our go-to list for future purchases and/or repairs.

Our issue was an extended warranty issue with a gas range. Not having a company in place for their repairs, they requested we notify a company and they would reimburse. We called a number of companies certified to repair gas appliances but only Mr. Appliance was willing to service our area.Josh was a total professional. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part required.He returned a few days later with the correct part, installed and tested the range. All good.Thank you Mr. Appliance.

The amount of miscommunication and lack of knowledge I received from this company out of Barrie amazes me on how many positive reviews this place gets.Techs are good but pricing is all over the map.We got a quote with the part and install.Got the part in (on our own mind you, weird) from Whirlpool then scheduled for install and found out it was much higher for the actual installation. Not sure why they didn't adhere to the original quote and gave us a round about answer. Not too happy and will never recommend or use this place again!

Very professional. We didn’t have to wait long for an appointment after the initial phone call. I like the fact they send a photo of a technician so you know who to expect. The tech was also very nice and helpful. Did go above and beyond to fix our oven right in time for Christmas. I highly recommend!

Wonderful experience overall.The gas technician came promptly when they said he would (Dan) , and immediately knew what was wrong with my oven. The part was ordered, and they were back in a few days to fix it. It took about an hour, which during that time the technician was extremely friendly and acknowledged both my toddler and my dog. Very efficient service. I also appreciated how they sent a picture before hand of the technician so I knew who to look for, as a solo female with a little one, this was reassuring. I would contact this company again for any future issues.
