AMAZING!! Gabriel is very knowledgable and provides a relaxing experience, a thorough exam, and discusses all findings/feedback. I highly appreciate his approach as I have had many RMT's provide little to no feedback. I am very happy that I followed him to his new practice! I would and will continue to recommend Gabriel.

Gabriel incorporates cupping and different massage techniques to treat whatever ails you. You will also get stretching homework (he will check up on you when you return!). I have only been going to Gabriel for a couple of weeks now and my experience has been deeply AMAZING! I usually don't get massages but I recently made a decision to go get one since my insurance provider covers it anyways. I searched up the best massage places to go to and GDS Massage Therapy came up as the top result, so I decided to give it a try. In my first appointment, Gabriel conducted a thorough initial assessment to understand my issues/concerns before my massage started. Gabriel takes the time to listen and identify problematic areas and works on those areas specifically. He also displayed great professionalism as well as great attention to detail by showing he cares about every aspect of his job and most of all, his care for his clients. Gabriel goes above and beyond for his clients within and outside of the sessions by also providing stretching exercises for us to work on before our next appointment. He incorporates different massage techniques to treat whatever that is bothering me as well as he uses cupping and acupuncture techniques as well. Gabriel also takes the time and care to deliver the best therapy and experience possible. I have only had two sessions with him and I have seen a remarkable sign of improvement in my body. My workouts have been 100x better now that I have less muscle soreness/tightness. I honestly recommend Gabriel. I am so lucky to have met such a kind and thoughtful person. His passion about his craft is what drives me to achieve my goals.
