Best deep tissue massage ever!!! I’ve been looking for a new RMT who does a real strong deep tissue massage and David is the best of the best, he’s such a hidden gem. I knew how skilled he is the first 5 minutes and that he was going to get every knot out. Amazing massage! I highly recommend David to all my sore mommas who love a real great deep tissue massage, he knows what he’s doing and will make you feel 10X better than before coming in. This location is always immaculately clean and the staff is very friendly.I had a 60 minute massage with Iouri. He was absolutely amazing with his treatment. He assessed my needs and immediately worked on the issues I had. You can tell he absolutely loves what he does and makes you feel comfortable right away!His kindness is absolutely amazing! Just a fabulous person overall.I am more than happy to continue to book with him. Manjit (RMT) is very professional and has good bedside manner. She is very thorough and pleasant and creates a relaxing atmosphere. After the massage is complete, she takes time to explain any issues or concerns she found during the massage and provides excellent advice. I highly recommend Manjit.

Masseuse was not educated that when you book add ons the session is longer. Therefore he wanted to cram everything into a 45 minute session. Is it the norm for a masseuse to use gloves? I was not having it. If a masseuse prefers to use gloves, it should be mentioned at the time of booking so that a different masseuse can be requested who does not use gloves.

Manjit did a great job asking questions about my needs and finding all of my tension points. Her pressure level is great and doesn't feel painful, but rather, relaxing and focused. If I were to describe it, it's a combination of Swedish and pressure point techniques.

I had a great experience ,the girl in the front desk is very friendly. Mandeep is very good, after the full body massage I felt very light, I highly recommend her.Thanks Mandeep.

I've gone back and forth many times with Lesley so I'm not sure what difference this is going to make if I call your office as you suggested. I just wanted to share my experience because I was not happy with the outcome.Lesly, the owner or manager of the Woodbridge location is terrible. She has no customer service and she puts her staff in weird situations (trying to fix her problems). I had an issue and communicated with her staffs several times and was told she would call me to resolve the issue. She emailed me once, pointing fingers as if the issue was my fault she also said she would call me to rectify the problem and provide credit - SHE DID NOT, anyways after many back and forth I have given up. I have canceled my membership and will not be going back there, she upset me. Lesly needs customer service training

Great servicei just had a massage here and it was tremendously goodthere is a old guy i forget the name, we had a good chat and he was so good he has a experience of 13 years and you will feel itcostumer service is also good i had a issue before but they called me and gave satisfactory responseoverall great experience i will definitely suggest to my friend
