Harrison Landing

We toured dozens of homes, and even moved homes for this one. It's very friendly, clean, the best rates I was able to find for what you get, and the community is awesome. Our grandpa really didn't wanna go... but when we showed him all the ladies in there he was in. Now he's loving it!

I have seen a lot of different communities and by far this is one of the nicest I have seen. The staff is nice and friendly. Routinely maintained landscape. You can tell they work hard to keep this place comfortable for the residents and most importantly clean and safe! Beautiful fountain in the courtyard. Highly recommend Harrison Landing.

While searching for a facility for our grandmother we were thoroughly impressed with Harrison landing. The staff was very attentive and caring.

My mom recently transitioned from a house she'd lived in since 1996 to an independent living solution at Harrison Landing in Langley, BC. What a great decision and solution for her!!! The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful and informative while my brother and I moved her stuff into the unit in Nov/2019, providing access to the elevator and providing trolleys for shipping stuff in. And they have been wonderful in engaging her as she transitioned to the new living arrangements, getting her engaged in social events, and helping her out with accessing their services (such as the meals in the dining room, parking garage, etc.). All I hear from my mom is how friendly the staff are and all the wonderful services they provide - laundry services, cleaning her suite, etc. What a fantastic retirement living solution for my mom!On a personal front, I live and work in Ottawa. It is incredibly comforting to know that my mother is being well cared for by the great staff at HL. They have gone up and beyond my expectations, ensuring deliveries from Save-on-foods are disinfected and delivered to her, and even going so far as to pick up an AC unit and having it installed in my mom's suite. Amazing services by fantastic staff!And their response to the Covid-19 pandemic has been spectacular. I am confident in saying that all the many steps and processes they have taken have ensured the virus never got a foothold in their building. My wife is a general manager for a retirement home, and I know first hand how difficult it has been for these front-line workers in terms of all the new measures coming down from the province, from the city, from the Assisted Living Registry regulatory body in BC, and internally. They attention to the safety of the residents has been there paramount mission and they have delivered, and then some. Can't recommend them enough!

Can not recommend this place enough. The staff are so caring and my grandpa has endless good things to say. Throughout the entire covid situation they have kept everyone in the building safe and have had zero cases. Some of the staff even went as far as moving in to keep it out of the building! Can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for my family and I.

My grandmother Lydia moved into the building in 2018. She previously lived with the family for the 2 years prior. When it came time to move into the home she was hesitant about moving. Within a month that completely changed. We would call her for a chat and she would cut the call short to go visit with friends or have another scheduled activity. It brought new found joy into her life and for that we are forever grateful to the Harrison Landing staff.

Went for job interview , however it seems like really nice place for a retirement home.

Excellent residence and wouldn't want my grandmother any where else. Very clean and well run. Staff are very kind and genuine.

Amazing staff, truely a feeling of community and a safe place that made my grandma feel right at home.

Thank you to the wonderful staff and management at Harrison Landing.My father has moved in there and they could not have been more accommodating. Everything about this facility has exceeded my expectations. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
