Its clean and staff are friendly. The washrooms have been updated and very clean. Bottom floor has drive up access and it is pet friendly. Complimentary breakfast is limited due to covid but at least staff tries to safely maintain a small variety of breakfast for you to choose from.

It is an ok hotel. The staff was amazing to us. They told us breakfast was going to be ready earlier (hockey teams, needed to be gone by 6:45-7:00) and they stick to there words. Kids played in the hall and they let them be kids. Prices were fare considering it is very outdated.

My mother had a fire and she stayed there 4 months and they went above and beyond in service. They installed bars in her shower because of mobility issues as well as brought her fresh flowers often and ask how she was feeling every day and if there was something they dont have and she would like brought in. The nicest people I have ever met. It's a little dated but clean and affordable. The service makes up for certain amenities that might be lacking.

We had a king suite,lots of roomfridge and separate sink next to fridge a great idea,Breakfast was ok.Suite newly renovated, and fabulous.Bed was frim but not too firm

Had a great experience at this hotel. I booked 7 rooms for my host drum and head dancers. Everybody said they loved it and they the staff was great. There was a little dispute regarding the bill. The manager quickly resolved my issue and made himself a repeat customer.

July 13-14 - Beautiful new bathroom, walk in shower. We had the 2 room suite, 2 TVs and a comfy king size bed. Very nice room for the price. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend. Walking distance to a great restaurant The Kingsway.

Surprisingly very nice. After reading reviews, I made an appointment. I just needed a bed between working two 9-9 shifts. The lobby was impressive and check in was fast. The room was beautiful and spacious, the matress and pillows were comfy, and the bathroom was clean. You can't beat the price. I skipped the continental breakfast and went to Goodies for Eggs Benny. I will be back.

The outside and the lobby modern and tasteful. The staff are very friendly. If you check in after a certain hour, there is a phone at the check-in desk that you just pick up and dial 0 for assistance. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The king size bed was very comfortable as where the pillows hey. I was asleep in no time. Excellent value for the money.

Reasonable rates. Good size room but old dirty carpet needs to be replaced. Bathroom tub/shower needs repair also cracked tiles on floor. Floor also squeaked.It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to get AC on. Just to let you know Wyndam doesn't own Knights Inn in Canada anymore...No reward points.
