Shoppers Drug Mart

The staff is generally really helpful and nice (cashier, pharmacists), but unfortunately the lady at the post office does not treat people nicely. I got information I needed, however, the experience and service I got from her was not pleasant. Went multiple times to mail a thick package hoping I might have caught her on off days previously, however, the service I got from her was the same every time I returned.This Shoppers is quite small in comparison with the new ones, however, it still provides the basics.

We have appointment for Covid booster shot. But still have to wait for 45 mins. Very poor service and arrangements.

Bad customer service!Went in this evening around 5:50 pm. Chinese lady cashier put in my wrong order, but made me wait to pay while she chatted away with her colleague about another customer inquiry. Cashier was showing her colleague in the system while ignoring the fact that she was serving me. All she had to do was to let me pay. I even told her to finish my order first but she still continued to ignore me.

Smaller shoppers drug mart . Place is clean and has less grocery products compare to the other shoppers ..

I've been here twice for the vaccinations, and both times the staff working the counters have been impatient with customers.There is one specific pharmacist in particular that was the worst. I didn't get her name, but the woman who was wearing glasses and a face shield with stickers on it was the rudest of all. She was extremely agitated as soon as we asked her about the vaccine (it hasn't even been a minute and she's already annoyed). There was some confusion which could have been resolved with a polite response, but she chose to vent by demanding that we don't pester her with such difficulties". Good service and great products. They know what they need to keep and their best sellers. They have both brand names and generic names. No line up.I would suggest calling at least one hour ahead so they can get your prescription refills ready. I would recommend this pharmacy.

Not sure why people complain about this place! I have been to the post office here many times and the lady that works here during the weekdays is amazing! So helpful and talkative. I love how the store also reduces items that they want to clear out. No other Shoppers takes the time to do that.

Pharmacy guy with glasses is rude as hell. Can tell this man hates his job...get a new one if u hate dealing with customers so much. Also the post office staff sucks too. Never answer the phone and when u go there they're rude as hell too. Giving one star is generous for a place that deserves 0

I had a very horrible experience with two cashiers in this store. One cashier (AUTHOR # 05092N) was on Yesterday- 9:18 for not following the price promotion and another cashier today on the customer service phone line in this store was telling my cell phone having echoed and no voice! what's a horrible experience they tried to create here Nowadays. Really SHOULD BE HIGH BAR OF INTERNAL CONTROL THEIR TYPES! What's a terrible shopper drug mart shopping experience. What's a problem!

one of the worse customer service from the lady working at the post office service was pretty racist, given attitude for no reason at all, was being very impatient, does not know how to treat customers with respect. if you're gonna work at a job that interacts with people/customers at least show them respect.
