Glacier House Hotel & Resort

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond for us during our stay. The rooms were clean and had a wide range of cooking utensils provided as well as a bbq. The private hot tub was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a big day out on the mountain. I have nothing negative to say about our stay and I can't wait to come back for another trip.

Beautiful location with great services. Continental breakfast is very good, buffet style breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, and other hot foods.Location is designed more for snowmobiling but it's not too far to drive to Revelstoke mountain resort either.

Absolutely beautiful rooms and super friendly staff!We loved our stay at the Glacier House Hotel. We arrived a little early and had to wait 10 minutes before checking in. We walked over to the Great Canadian Tour building to check out what they had to offer. Afterwards we checked in and got settled in the room.The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was also very spacious. The patio offered a beautiful view of the mountains.We went to the pool a couple hours before closing and there were no other people. The hot tub was great and the pool was a little chilly but perfect to cool off in after the hot tub/spending time outside in the heat.We spend the night in and ordered take out from a local restaurant. It was super quiet and the location offers the resort feel. There were families staying at the hotel at the same time but it was still very quiet and relaxing. The staff was super friendly and courteous. It was lovely stay and we will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend for a couples retreat.

My fiance and I were excited for our stay at the resort. Unfortunately, the room we were provided had fruit flies, spiders, and it was dirty under the couch chairs. When I went to speak with someone at the front desk about the issue, they advised that a manager would reach out to me. Unfortunately, it has been several days since our stay, and I have heard nothing from them.The location is fine, but the hotel room itself is overpriced for what you receive. I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed in one of the cabins for a night to celebrate an engagement. Cabin is beautiful, nice open loft on the top floor. Fully appointed kitchen on the main floor with cutlery and cookware. Pull out couch and gas fireplace in a cozy living area. Out the back door you look onto green space and views of the surrounding mountains. The private hot tub was perfect after being on the mountain all day. Complimentary breakfast had a great variety of typical food, fruit and baked goods. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were well accommodated. We will definitely be coming back here.

Really nice hotel just outside of town. Very nice comfy rooms, great breakfast and a good restaurant and bar. Staff is all great. too.

A quick detour in light of the Golden closures. This place is a gem and so accommodating for our family of 6! We will be back to explore the area soon!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were lovely to explore and the pool, hot tub and sauna were clean and enjoyable.

We planned a 4 night stay but stayed 2 nights.. we booked here to be able to sled right out of the resort. The tour guides were incredibly unorganized. Waited for an 1.5 for them to tell us our group was too many for the staff on shift even though we booked months in advance as we had a few first-time snowmobiling. They also confirmed this hotel was wheelchair accessible. Yes, they do have an elevator open for limited hours.. the room was set up so horrible that furniture had to be moved to make it accessible! No wheelchair access to the pool/hottub, and that turned out fine as the hot tub was green and ice cold.. management said they hadn't noticed? I feel staff should be monitoring/ cleaning this area often enough to notice this. Breakfast was undercooked, possibly microwaved bacon, strange mushy undercooked eggs, or cereal.. The bar" in the lower level allowed children to run around screaming and interrupting everyone
