Highly recommend Sarah P. Each and every time I see her the treatment is specific to what is going on in my body. Her technique is truly unique as she blends in breathing prompts, hot towels, cupping. She is a master!

This was my first time seeing an osteopath and I was extremely happy with my first appointment and plan to continue treatments with Mark Powell! I’ve always suffered from back pain, but recently moved the wrong way and locked my lower back to the point I could barely move. Mark was very attentive to my problem and within seconds of assessing me, located the problem and was able to then treat me. Had multiple approaches/techniques and was able to clearly explain my specific anatomy and why I’m more prone to back problems. He was professional yet personable, and I have never seen results like this!

I am so blessed to have found a “McGill method” osteopath here in Guelph. Mark Powell has helped my healing from a herniated disc, in spite of a lot (70 yrs) of wear and tear everywhere. His nerve and muscle treatments, plus his expectations of precision-movement in very specific exercises at the right times in this journey, has been a welcome challenge on my part. Yes, I had to be mindful, careful, and work hard for this success. I loved the way he would explain to my note-takers; this knowledge and ability is important for my future! I am not quite “there” yet, but thank you so much Dr Powell!

I have been coming to this practice for almost 2 years for a stubborn back injury. Mark is the first practitioner that I feel has understood my problem and knows how to help. I recently started having a massage with Sarah to help speed up progress. I've had many deep tissue massages before and have found that Sarah's approach, which is more gentle, gives me more benefit. Sarah and Mark work in tandem, discussing what each should do to help with my issue. They both are very knowledgeable in their fields and tailor their treatment to the way my body reacts to it. I was very impressed that two days after my first massage, Sarah contacted me by email to ask how it had affected me in the days after treatment. In my next session with her, she adjusted what she did based on my feedback. I truly feel that I am getting excellent treatment, tailored perfectly for me.
