If you're not actually available 24 hours, you shouldn't be advertising as being available 24 hours. If your answering service can't get a hold of you after hours, maybe they should notify the customer instead of leaving in the dark, freezing in a parking lot for an hour and a half. Thank goodness for AMA though. They're open 24 hours. 5 stars for them.
