Brandi provides fantastic service and my recent visit was no exception. My skin felt so much better after having a facial and always a treat to visit with Milo too. I highly recommend Brandi at Spa Haven.

I would not recommend any massages from this location. Coming from someone who receives massages on a regular basis and who's experienced massages from 8 different massage therapists all over the world both registered and non-registered. When I went into the massage room, it was small and cluttered - not a great recipe for relaxation. They have a proper massage table but do not seem to know to use it properly. When I was asked to lay on my stomach, I was greeted by a covered neck pillow in a U position so naturally the bottom of the pillow pressed against my neck making it very uncomfortable. Under this neck pillow is the actual hole you're supposed to put your face in for a more comfortable massage but this was covered with a cloth making it non-functional. In additional to this uncomfortable setting, the massage therapist put a towel over my head which made it difficult to breathe throughout my massage.Going into the massage, it was evident that the woman who did my massage did not receive ANY training. The woman kept going over my spine and hip bone during the massage and it was super painful. When she was doing a shoulder massage she slipped her hands under my back with the back of her hands facing up so her knuckles dug into my shoulder blades as she painfully rams her hands underneath my back. Painful experience. I came out even more sore than I did before. Don't do it. You are better off getting a massage from a registered massage therapist who knows exactly what they are doing - plus you can claim it under health benefits.

Quite impressed by the level of customer service, and I'll be returning on a regular basis for microdermabrasion. Brandi makes me feel welcome, and at ease and with those early morning appointments, she has coffee!! Awesome! I had concerns about skin sensitivities and she listened to me, and came up with recommendations that did not involve selling her own products, as she has many there at the spa but recommended things based on MY skins needs. Not only that but of the couple times I've gone there, Brandi will make a custom masque in front of you and you basically leave feeling pampered.Brandis been in the game for a long time, and when you talk to her about your skin from the health of it to the aesthetic aspect of how you wamt to look, her passion is tailoring care for you through educating her clients. Also: even though I was only scheduled in for microdermabrasion treatments, I was not expecting a mini-massage of hands--but it was a delightful bonus!I highly recommend Spa Haven because I know I'm in good hands.

Brandi is wonderful. Spa Haven has so many great services and offerings. Its time to pamper yourself. The Hydrofacial is amazing, what a cool device - it sucks out all the debris and gives your skin a real glow.

Brandi did my nails for my vacation to Hawaii and she did such a good job. She took her time and I was happy with the results. They lasted long too. I was carefree with my nails and swimming in the ocean and they lasted so long. Here's a pic of my nails after 2 weeks. Only suggestion is it would be nice to have more shades of pinks to choose from for regular polish. Thank you!!

Exactly the experience I'd hoped for. It makes me want to go to Spa Haven every week, as much as possible. Claudine gave so much more than just a pedicure - such a happy, relaxing feeling - the aroma, the music, the company. They also had awesome natural moisturizer and invigorator I had to get! (which I just learned what it is). Very reasonable prices too. Will likely be back in the next 21-28 days.Thank you so much again!-Kyle

Yesterday I was at Spa Haven and experienced my very first facial. Brandi was amazing! I wasn't sure what I was walking into, only that my wife suggested I get a facial. It was relaxing and I learned techniques on how I can take better care of my skin when I shave. I highly recommend this location for anyone who needs a quick getaway! The convenient parking out front is a major plus for this city too! :)

Best massages and treatments in Vancouver. Brandi is amazing and does a phenomenal job!The place always looks clean and has a nice ambiance.

Brandi is fabulous, she takes the time to get to know you and understand what you want from your treatment. Great space, great location.
