I have been using this pharmacy to fill my prescription medications for years. One thing I could say, with confidence is that the service has been consistently terrible. Long wait times to fill orders, impossible to get through via phone, more times than not prescription details done wrong, poor attitude from staff bordering on rude, basically disorganization throughout all levels of its operations. Clear contempt for their customers. Don’t understand why the parent company Loblaws continues to ignore the clear customer feedback that has been given. The corporate district manager for this area clearly either does not care or is not capable of doing their job. Shameful.

Terrible experience at this Pharmaprix. Poor service consistently. Long wait times for medications, and also receiving the wrong dosages. They also charge extra administration costs on absolutely anything they can think of. Moved my file to a different pharmacy. Save yourself the trouble and headache by avoiding this pharmacy for your prescriptions.

I do not recommend this store to anyone ! They just don't care about our health. I went there to ask for a little advice about my wisdom teeth because it's been hurting me for a while and when it's was my turn nobody was concerned about my condition enough to pay attention to me. After an other 10 minutes of waiting I tried to search on my own because I can't relie on their specialists to help me . It's definitely the worst costumer service I've had in my life.

Patrice is a horrible person. He takes advantage of his clients since he has become the pharmacist. He is overcharging and he thinks it's ok because most people have insurance. Some people don't and it make a big difference to us! Let it be known that he intentionally takes the people who have supported this establishment for a ride.. You should truly be ashamed

I was visiting my father from out of province and forgot my medication which I've been taking for years.We tried to ask for one dose just for today and they refused which was odd because we've done this in the past so we asked to speak with the pharmacist.The pharmacist came and she was visibly angry and explained that she doesn't have access to the system now and that it's against policy to give us even one...my dad (who was concerned about me) said but we just need one dose we've done this before in the past.She said is it because I look different? Its a against policy and we are not doing it...bye and she walked off.No Amal it has nothing to do with your hijab ...we were just concerned about missing a dose but that is a disgusting way of handling the situation ... Learn some respect.

I had to get a blood test done for SAQ to renew my license this year because I am a Type 1 diabetic, and considering the wait time for a RAMQ covered CLSC/hospital is almost 2 MONTHS, I was left with little choice but to go book an appointment with ClicSanté at a private outlet to get it done and pay out of pocket. I have to say, for the $40 it cost me without having to wait forever was a bonus compared to the service provided today by the nurse named Christine. She was nothing but courteous, polite and professional & was the best painless way I've ever had my blood drawn (as funny as that sounds). I know where my wife & I will be bringing future Dr. requisitions for blood samples or urine tests in the future, thanks to Christine's AWESOME service. I sincerely hope Mr. Simard understands she is an absolute asset to his Pharmaprix! Thanks so very much!

If I could give the quality of service and lack of competence a minus score, I would. Everytime I reorder my prescriptions on their online service, there are problems with the same medication(s) and the cost. Even after I call to confirm that the government has accepted the exemption code, when I get to the cash to pick up the medication I am charged full price. Today I called 3 times to confirm, but was charged full amount. Other medications are always back-ordered or quantity is not what I ordered, or I am charged more money for less quantity. I have even been given someone else's prescriptions on occasion or my medication with a different doctor's name. Today's experience of incompetence just confirmed that I need to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Very disappointing every time I have refilled my meds on the internet and arrive to pick them up hours later and I mean HOURS later they are not ready and you wait an extra 30-45 minutes to have them prepared.As for the pharmacist very special individual who has twice refused to speak to me,the service is a total zero I’m making arrangements to go to a small moms and pops pharmacy to have my file transférés out of the Pharmaprix pharmacy a total disgrace.

The pharmacy staff is unprepared and slow. They take 50min to prepare a simple medication and say the insurance didn't go through so you have to pay in full. You accept, because you've waited too long already and want to leave as soon as possible.

My first time shopping at this pharmacy.I needed cold medication but could not find the section.Went to the counter to ask the Pharmacist ( Owner ) and evident he didn't want to help me.I was rudely told I had to register at the counter just to ask a question.He refused to listen to my customer needs which could have been easily handled by pointing me in the right direction !?Very disappointed +++First and LAST time !Way to lead by example !!
