I had a wonderful service at la boutique du Cordonnier with specialized employees that know what they're selling and a large majority of their products come from Canada or even Quebec I really couldn't recommend a better place

Excellent service and ordering process (Ontario resident).I phoned in to inquire about about a particular safety boot that was on sale. I had never heard of this store because I live in Ontario. The gentleman was super helpful, and informed me that if I ordered within the next hour or two, the boots would be shipped the same day via Canada post. He even removed the boots in my size from the sales floor.It has been a couple of days and just received the boots. Everything was really quick and painless, and at a great price. I just wanted to compliment the service and fast shipping. Thank you kindly!

Went there for my sister ,shes needed shoes for work and we received an amazing service, the lady that helps us was A1 , they have everything your looking for :work boots,sneakers, winter boots sandals and socks definitely will be coming back

This was my first time shopping with Boutique du Cordonnier. I ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals online, and they arrived the very next day, with a nice little hand-written note on the packaging as well. The sandals are absolutely fantastic, and the quality of service from Boutique du Cordonnier was even more fantastic still. I will very much shop here again in the future, and I highly, highly recommend shopping here if you're looking for some new footwear. This store is beyond amazing.....and I've never even stepped foot in it!! I discovered them while doing an online search and am so thrilled that I found them. I was looking for Mephisto sandals, and not only did they have the styles I wanted, but the prices were amazing. I've since gone back repeatedly and so far, have ordered 4 pairs, all which came within a day or two of ordering. And the customer service by both owners was fabulous. Both Dali and Zino are so helpful and you can tell they love what they do. This is a real gem of a store. The only downfall is that it's not closer to where I live!
