Great customer service! I’ve purchased many appliances and furniture sets from here. There prices and sales are as good as big box stores but small community feels while shopping with them. Thanks again for all your help Raquel, you’ve always went above and beyond with your excellent customer service!!

Excellent experience. Nick was very knowledgeable and not pushy with a sales pitch. He left us alone after a while so we could discuss the product & make our decision. Got a great price on a floor model. Delivery guys were also great a few days later. Would definitely do business with Brandsource Estevan again.

I recently dealt with a warranty claim on a TV and it was a very smooth process. I got reimbursed for the cost of my damaged TV and put it towards an upgraded TV. They also delivered the new TV and everything went great. Nicole was extremely great to deal with through the whole process! She’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I will continue dealing with her in the future!

When our fridge died suddenly they stayed late to help us replace the current one and had one on the floor that we could take home right then. So appreciated the extra mile they went so that we didn't have to waste hundreds and hundreds of dollars of food

I originally came in the store looking for a mattress, with 2 twelve year old kids, and he encouraged us to take our time and try any mattress we wanted. He treated everyone with respect. The mattress was for my daughter so I wanted her input, as she was the one who would be sleeping on it. Nick gave us time to browse on our own, but was still right there if we had questions.After I looked there, I went to the another store. The person who first saw me, immediately told me the mattress i was looking at was out of my price range. I was completely insulted and almost walked out. I kept looking and she was rather pushy and wanted a decision on what we were going to buy. My daughter is quite shy, and at this point wouldn't answer because she felt pressured. The sales lady was just a bit too aggressive and I felt like we were being heavily guarded. In hindsight, I should have brought this to her attention immediately, but my daughter liked the mattress we had picked out at audio video.So some time passed, as we weren't quite ready to get a mattress right away. Nick remembered who we were, which was quite a compliment. Again he was informative, patient and there was no pressure. Nick's great salesmanship will keep us coming back.
