As usual, totally satisfied, a customer now for 5 years and so happy I found Axon. Go James.

I called Axson for a furnace issue. He arrived within the specified timeframe, made a quick and accurate diagnosis and gave an estimate for repair. I decided to replace both furnace and hot water heater, which would have required 2 calls because they were super busy. He tried really hard to accommodate my schedule, and remained friendly and professional even though I ended up having the job done by another company who could do both jobs on the same day. The bill for the service call was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this tradesman.

A bit late at leaving this review, but we had our furnace to out shortly after moving in. We called Axson and James was top notch. Really appreciate the honest service - I even asked if they were charging enough, because it didn't seem like it. Glad to have this level of service in the community!

Was installing a hot water tank and has a leak at the shutoft valve, called Axson Plumbing and was given some helpful advice on how to fix it over the phone.After a half an hour of fiddling got the leak to stop. Thank you for helping me solve the problem over the phone, greatly appreciated.

I made an amateur homeowner plumbing mistake and landed myself without hot water! I spoke with James and though they were all booked up for the day he did offer the possibility of an evening after hours house call. However, upon showing James what I had done (texted picture) he offered up a solution that would eliminate a service call altogether! Going far above and beyond he even offered to order the parts I needed from his supplier to have them waiting for me!!!His advice saved me a ton of money and the hot water was back on a few hours later.Though I hadn’t paid them a cent James provided me his time, honest opinion, instructions on how I could fix the problem and even offered to order the parts I needed! We had Axson Plumbing complete some smaller jobs around our home in Scotch Creek. They serviced the propane fireplace / added a thermostat and water shut-off valve. The house is older, and they had some great ideas for the issues this house has. I would highly recommend this company.

Only 4 stars due to some minor difficulties. James is a very approachable person and sorted things out. Appears to be a very well run business with quality workmanship.
