Terrible service. ordered a hoodie told 3-4 week wait time and it's now been over 5 weeks. Go in to ask about shipping status and they just say that it's going to take longer no actual info. I've ordered things from the other side of the planet that arrive faster. 3-4 weeks is already insanely long shipping wait time , 5+ weeks is just ridiculous.

I had a issue with my order, called the Oshawa campus book store ASAP, the manner in which I was dealt with was one I will NEVER forget. My experience with customer satisfaction lately has not been fantastic, that was NOT the case at the DC bookstore. The manager went above and beyond to help me, with follow up emails. As a student, we have to contend with an ENORMOUS amount of pressure and stress, part of that is ensuring that we have all the tools we need to be successful during each academic year. Much of that anxiety was alleviated from that interaction, which makes me feel so grateful. I wanted to extend a special thank you to the DC bookstore for not only their service but also human kindness.

Overall bad customer service. Our program ordered sweaters and were told we would get a phone call once they're done. Went in last week the lady who helped us said it was only going to take a few more days and to come back by the end of the week. When we came back at the end of that week we were told they messed up on our sweaters and that the last names were placed wrong on the back. No phone call, No notification nothing from them saying why its taking so long from when they said it would be ready. If they have asked if the sweaters were okay the way there were we would have said yes.. They then said it'll take another week to come in and we are still waiting.. One of the worst customer service experience I've dealt with.
