Calgary Same Day Repair

The owner came to do the repair himself. He fit my appointment in same day, was very professional and did a great job. Would definitely call him again if we ever need support with appliances.

I had the owner come in to diagnose a problem with the fridge. Paid him for a part which never arrived and therefore never installed, and he will not give refund. He promises to refund each day for a month, but nothing, now not responding to calls or texts. This guy is a complete rip off artist and a scammer, avoid this company like the plague.

Avi is very professional, knowledgeable and communicative. Helped diagnose and order the part we need for our oven.

Can’t say enough good things about this business. Called and was given a price to look at my fridge over the phone, they were able to come right away & very professional, friendly. Not only did he Explained to me what was wrong he showed me how he knew & was able to tell me on the spot what it would cost to repair it & within a hour he had the part & had my fridge up & running. Very fair pricing, and what he quoted me is what I paid at the end. Definitely will be using them again in the future if I need any appliances repaired & highly recommend anyone needing any appliances fixed to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Run away as fast as you can from this business! Avi - the main repair person basically took my money until I got a Calgary Police complaint filed in order to get my funds back.Do NOT pay in advance for parts or, you risk losing your money, or needing to get the police involved. In my case, he offered excuse after excuse for where the money or part was until police involvement.Stay away from anything relating to this business or Avi.

Avi went above and beyond to ensure I got my clothes dryer replaced, and helped remove and fix my door to access my laundry in the process. He consistently strives to assist in every way, and is very dependable, professional and friendly.

Avi was amazing at repair - very responsive and knowledgeable. He ended up selling me a new washer and dryer recently when ours finally broke. He required the money to be e-transferred and we picked out the units together on his ipad. From there, every day for a month he had an excuse as to why he wasn't showing up and delivering the units (truck broken, etc.). It became hilarious - he would text and say he would be arriving in 30 minutes to never show up and then apologize the next day and say he'll be there in an hour.It's been a month, and I don't have my washer or dryer. He promised me a refund but has not delivered saying his e-transfer isn't working, and then is working, and then isn't working.HomeStars has similar reviews to mine.Beware of buying appliances through him.

Avi was amazing!! Super friendly, very knowledgeable.He is someone who really understands the importance of repairing an appliance versus replacing it!We have an 18 month old dishwasher and he came in, found the problem, ordered the parts and repaired in less then 24 hours!!

Jan 16/2023Avi came to house to repair fridge, (no cold). Installed new circuit board. Still no cold the next day. Texted and called Avi several times to get problem solved or refund money. Avi said he would drop by the same day or next day. Avi never showed up; Avi always had an excuse for no show. I told him I was a senior on a fixed income and cannot afford to loose 300 plus dollars on a repair that didn't work. After a week Avi quit returning my calls and text messages.
