A few days prior to this rental, I rented in Alberta from a corporate car rental, for amusingly the same car. The service level and information provided was a comparison of night and day!Access rent a car was fabulous to deal with, I dealt with Youssef on the day and he was super easy going, and provided all the the information I needed.Doesn't hurt that their rates were competitive.

Great experience!! Super convenient location right with in the North tower of the Wall centre downtown. Customer service was great, pick up and drop off was made easy.Car was great, 2022, clean and car seat was made available to us.Requested a letter from my insurance company to show I did not need to purchase additional insurance from the company but never needed to show it upon pickup.Would book with them again for sure.

Best Car rental agency in Downtown without a doubt. The location in the Sheraton Wall Centre is so perfect. I was greeted by the most friendly expert staff who re assured me of everything. They made some excellent recommendations of things to do in Vancouver and also outside.Made my journey memorable from the beginning to end.

Absolute fantastic service and the staff were extremely grateful and accommodating. My family and I did various trips around British Columbia and had my children with me and Dean one of the members of staff was very helpful supplying booster seats and making the trip a huge success and very easy. Highly recommend using this company as they cater for all needs. Wonderful service.

The whole process was super stress-free! They were very accommodating! I booked the car for 5 days and but then needed to cancel it down to one day. The pick up and drop off process was quick and efficient and the car was such a smooth ride. Overall a great experience and will use again!

Rented a vehicle with snow tires to drive to Whistler. Ben from Access Rent A Car went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. He dropped the car off at the airport for us when we arrived, and picked it up from departures when we were leaving. Communication was great, and didn’t have to wait at either end. When we forgot something important in the car, Ben was quick to mail it to us and took care of the mailing fee. Highly recommend this company based on our experience, and will definitely be using again next time we’re in Vancouver. Thank you Ben and Access!
