I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received. Sections of my carpet were skipped, I was overcharged, and experienced theft. When I called to voice my concerns (Thursday morning) I was told the office was too busy and wouldn't get back to me until Monday. They never asked for my name, callback number, or details on the issue...just brushed it off. Cheyenne and Amanda cleaned" my carpet."

They made my carpet look brand new. Fantastic work and hilarious staff! 10/10 recommend! No nonsense, got here early and got out quick! My house is 4400 sq foot. I wish they had taken before and after photos my 5 kids had it looking ROUGH and it literally looks like I replaced it all.

Wonderful Company and employees! They have cleaned the carpets at my house about 4 times in the last year now & they do a completely phenomenal job every-time. There was no issues with theft ever, and I also found the manager of the company not only super polite, but he was a stand-up guy. He worked just as hard as the employees, not to mention he was pulling the carpets as well. Great Company, Better Service.

We have rental houses and have tried multiple carpet cleaning companies in the Mt. Pleasant area and we have been most satisfied with Central Michigan Carpet Cleaners. For a reasonable price they get rental house carpets cleaner than any other company we've tried. We've been using them for a few years now and once we made the switch we won't use another carpet cleaning company.

I am very happy with the service we received. The crew was Jessica and Courtney. They cleaned 4 rooms and a few staircases. They were very efficient and kind. The carpets look and smell great! I had a lot of work going on at my home during the time they were there, but they were super flexible. Highly recommend!

Sean and his co worker were very respectful, kind and knowledgeable. Sean was willing to work with me about scheduling, I had to cancel and reschedule. Carpets and furniture look great.
