I am being rewarded with loyalty points for this post.I enjoy visiting this store, although I usually get a drink to take out. The teas are fun and fresh, and the staff are always pleasant. They have partnered with a local doughnut shop to offer sweet snacks in addition to the boba teas.My main complaint is about the excessive, and environmentally unfriendly packaging—such as the heat-sealed plastic film lids" and the plastic cups.Please consider using biodegradable / #7 plastic for the cups and ditching the cup-sealing film entirely. (Other locations do not use the film.)"

We ordered 4 Tarot milk tea and it was grainy? It has the taste and consistency of oatmeal, worst milk tea I've ever had :(

I bought four drinks from this place for friends who love bubble tea, all agreed that they were horrible. It had the consistency of oatmeal with sand in it. I'm sure they must make good drinks but I hate the fact that this place is willing to serve drinks that are so unbearably horrible.

I love the bubble tea that is sold over there. There are lots of choices of brevages. They even sell cookies!! The staffs are nice too. I highly recommend.

We got the Brown sugar milk tea. It was only $16.26 for 2 people, The vibe of this place is chill and relaxing, the music they play is really soothing, the surroundings and the tables you sit on are really well maintained and clean. The staff who prepare the drinks are really joyful and nice. My wife really enjoyed this cute little chai time we had.

I like their new straws. No longer have the flimsy paper straws, that were difficult to pierce the drink too. Just wish they had more of the promotional drinks at this location.

Does not have all the flavours like on the Ontario side but the quality is better overall.
