Preston High School

I went there for two years. I eventually changed schools because I was bullied out of going there. Thanks PHS

all high schools have bullies, cliques,etc. no one enjoys mass amount of homework, but all schools have it anyway. blame WRDSB for that. preston has decent teachers and pretty good arts programs

School is good , Principal is amazing but the reason for 1 star is because my daughter’s history teacher 2022 in ,(I do not want to mention the name with due respect). I sent 2 emails to HER in October 2022 and she never responded and she hasn’t been very nice to my daughter and a certain type of students. She picks her favourite students and sometimes if there is an issue with a student and in class if that particular student raises her hand to answer a question she doesn’t pick that student only because she is being petty. I emailed her again recently saying you are the only teacher who hasn’t answered to an email and mentioned that I will report her to the principal. She still didn’t respond. Terrible woman with no respect.

I went here quite a few years back. Really not a bad school, I enjoyed my time here for the 4 years it took me to pass LOL Honestly every high school has its bullies, drugs, sexual active teens. If you’re smart, you do all that stuff AFTER you graduate.

This school is okay.Facilities:There is no air conditioning so in summer it is like sitting in a furnace and the heat makes it hard to focus on school work. The facility is nice although the locker rooms are often dirty. The washrooms are below average though. The tap water smells like urine and there are no paper towels in some of the washrooms. The worst thing about them is the sinks. They are designed like spoons so you get splashed with water whilst trying to wash your hands. The gym facilities are quite good with a field and two gyms. The school is in a pretty relaxed area so you do not have to worry about cars running you over (It does get busy at drop off and pick up time so be careful crossing the street.Faculty and student body:The faculty is pretty good. You cannot go wrong with any teacher here (in my experience). I have not heard anyone complain about mean teachers or anything of the sort. The students are a mixed bag but that is not unique to this school.Overall:The facilities are standard if somewhat below average but hopefully the great faculty and students will make up for that.

Great school, loved the experience. I have had a joint problem my whole life and PHS helped with that. The bullies there were nice enough to break my arms and legs so I could get them surgically repaired, fixing the joint problem! Also, you can't help but love the principal and vice principals. They suspended me for walking too slowly once and gave my legs time to repair. They're the best, so thoughtful!

This place is very nice yeh very many years ago when I was a very small boy (2 months) ago I did not like this establishment one bit but now that I am a grown up big boy I have decided that it was all for the best. You know what, you're right, hall monitors: speaking slightly louder than normal is a crime punishable by watching Fortnite gameplay to the death. I humbly apologize. Very not halal of me.

I really like it here. The school has changed from what it was a few years ago, the bullying isn't noticeable, although I'm sure it goes on, as it does in every school. As long as you involve yourself with the right people, you'll be fine. Ignore the reviewers who say that they don't like the homework, because face it, it's school. The location is nice as well, close to the Grand, etc. The academic programs are good as well.
