The staff are friendly.I have been going to them for the last 6 years when a friend recommended them. They are very reasonable and there is no price gouging. If you want good work done on your vehicle I recommend these guys!

My name is Jodie and I have been going to Castrol Lube Express consistently for several years. I won’t go to anyone else. The service is outstanding and I am always greeted with a smile whenever I get an oil change. They do not try to upswell me on things I don’t need. They are honest and helpful. I even had a tail light out on my vehicle one time and they replaced my tail light for me as well. The guys that work there go above and beyond the call of duty and that is why I keep coming back. I would recommend Castrol to anyone that needs an oil change. Thank you for making me a loyal customer.

Took my vehicle there to get an oil change on Tuesday. Vehicle has 180,000km.Drove it about 25km after the oil change to where the engine has now seized and will cost $13k to fix.I would recommend going anywhere else in the lower mainland. Unless you fancy a seized engine.

This place was recommended by my friends and I gave it a try for the first time. The welcoming staff were professional and did the oil change gently and explained the issues and recommended the critical points. I was satisfied with my visit and for sure will be a repeater. Highly recommended as they have enough professional staff and do it quick and nicely. The pricing is very reasonable and the value is great.

I have been changing my car's engine oil and other light car services there for the last 15 yrs. There's service is very good. I strongly recommend this outfit to anyone. They will check everything though and suggest what needs to be serviced but you can make your own decisions.
