Thank you/Merci Eric, of Rockland and Embrun Food Markets for your generous donation of burgers and hot dogs for our fundraiser bbq. With only a couple days notice, Eric sprang into action. Money raised went towards payment for the Kose family's airline tickets out of war-torn Ukraine. The fundraiser was a tremendous success....everyone loved the M&M food!I've always enjoyed M&M prepared meals for students, seniors and myself (especially the Nanaimo Bars!). The friendly and caring service of Eric and his team, has made Rockland my go-to location!

Update: Recently shopped here and was shocked by the increase in price of their products in the span of 3 years. That being said, they do have various new items constantly coming out, as well as a new line of vegan products!Original post 5 years ago: Clean, well-organized, easy-to-navigate store. Staff are always friendly and eager to assist in helping you find everything you need. They also make some great recommendations if you're in the mood to try something new. Worth it to become a member for in-store discounts and special discounts/coupons via email.As a side note, they are more than willing to put boxes aside if you need some for moving and storage but need them collected ASAP once available as storage space is limited in-store.

Was a big fan ,love the food ,the owner is nice. The only thing is since the pandemic, u get in the store they watch u like a goddam disease. Get over it. So now I’m sorry to say I get all my order in orléans.
