They were very helpful and were willing to help me out with sending me all the information I needed. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and kind and understanding.I believe her name was brooke. (I hope I spelled her name right.

Absolutely don't care about victims. The woman assigned to my case has reached out once. They want" victims to come forwards yet there is zero support for us."

The first thing I want to say is that when I called victim services, the woman i spoke to was very kind and helpful, she treated me with dignity and respect. She did her absolute best to make sure I had most of the information I needed to go ahead with getting the protection order I needed to get. However, having provided her with the information about my circumstance, she still advised me to go about getting a family protection order, and it turned out after I waited in court for six hours to finally stand before a judge, in my case, that the party I needed the order against wasn't considered my family. I needed to apply for a peace bond all along, but no one told me that. Even though I went to the court house and filled out the application for a family protection order, no one told me that I should be applying for a peace bond
