Facedrive

The few months I tried using the service, the app never properly showed the driver moving towards your location resulting in the driver either just canceling if they didn't see you, or if you're lucky, calling you to tell you that your pin or pickup address is a good 400m away. The drivers are all clearly people running the entire market, all the rideshares, and facedrive is their lowest priority. Have heard horror stories from drivers about how terrible it is to try and get some support for technical issues, and to top it all off, I've been texted weekly by different numbers each time offering me facedrive promos for the last YEAR. REGARDLESS of my texting STOP back to the company.Use ANYTHING else, hell, call a cab before you use this ramshackle operation.

Even after making a scheduled ride of 2.25 PM for today, they didn't assign any driver till 2.23 and gave me a call at 2.23 saying that driver will be late by 10 minutes. So like if I had that much time flexibility why would I book a scheduled ride? I would suggest to use uber or lyft as their services are far better and accurate compared to facedrive. Atleast one will reach on time at some place.

Poor Management. Every person word’s differs. Senior management tries to manipulate by saying we don’t go person by person. Very unprofessional company. Will never recommend to work.

They are scammers, never pay there drivers.

Scammers.Don’t pay drivers money for a long time. Don’t use their service. They are fraud.

The absolute worst...I took 7$ more saying they were gonna return it but they never did.....please just stick to good old Lyft or Uber people.

This company is by far the best for travel! I use it religiously to get to work or anywhere in general. they're at my door within 7-10 minutes max, and the drivers are so customer oriented, so kind and pleasant everytime. This being a Canadian company make it even better.

My $1000 not given since 2month. Don’t trust these guys
