If I could give 0 stars I would because thats the service I got. Originally I called on a tuesday to repair my dryer and they said we can make an appointment for friday. It would have been thursday but because of a potential snow storm they were not booking appointments. No problem. Friday comes and they call at 930 to reschedule because the technician has to pick up his wife. Not my problem but ok. Reschedule for monday. Monday comes and they call to cancel, not reschedule because technician calls in sick. Again not my problem. I wait almost a week and no results and now I have to find someone else. They gave a name and number of some random guy. No shot Im using that. I would NEVER recommend this place unless you like have nothing done to your broken appliances.

I called Amann Appliance and they were able to send a technician same day.Brian came over and was Fantastic. Walked straight to appliance, made quick diagnosis and repair. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

What a joke! I called to have a burner replaced on my stove which I had already purchased as I tested it and it was not working. Told me they would come in a few days and that they would call me to confirm a time. Received a phone saying the tech does not want to do the install because I have tampered with the stove. Are you kidding me?

I have used Amann a number of time to fix our dishwasher and have been pleased with their service. They have been responsive and the techs are professional. I called today because our refrigerator is not working. My call was taken by a very rude lady who said she had never heard of our refrigerator brand and then hung up on me. I couldn't believe it - It was over the top rude. It would have been nice to get a referral to another company who might have been able to service our appliance. I can't understand how a person like this ends up on the front line especially in this kind of business. This experience will likely deter me from using Amann again.

Repaired dryer with quick and efficient service. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

Oven stopped working. Had an 11am eta for the repair tech. He was here 20 mins early which I appreciated. He finished the job quickly and efficiently. Very friendly tech as well. A+ job!

My dryer died suddenly and I looked at the price of a new one and thought I would call Amann as I have dealt with them in the past to fix my dishwasher. They were able to come by the day after I called and it was a fast fix thankfully. Exceptional service, fast, reliable and cost effective! I will definitely use them in the future.

Only wish I had found them sooner.The technician, Brian, was able to quickly troubleshoot and repair our 23 year-old Kenmore (Whirlpool) natural gas clothes dryer. Not only that, he was willing to explain and answer any questions I had about how the system works.The company also has many appliance parts in stock for DIY types.I highly recommend Amann Appliance Service & Parts.

I got my dryer fixed. They are the most affordable among the others I quoted. Instruction was clear, and a kind technician came the next day with the part and fixed it right away. I don't think I could have asked for anything better.

I needed an impeller for my dishwasher, went in they ordered they my part picked it up the next day. Always great service thank you for all your help.
