I do not recommend this company. For the following reasons:1. There is no effect from their product2. I saw only once the person treating the lawn. Th rest of the time was passing just to put the note. We always have person at home.3. I called them to complain, I saw the second time their employee but it was the last treatment4. They called me this year to renew and told me that they do not have a record of my call and I am lair and she was rude

This company took payment saying the lawn service would be done within 10-15 days. On day 16, after no treatment took place, I called asking when it would be done.They said in not for another month or two. I said you charged my card weeks ago

Very bad work and miserable customer service: not able to speak with owner, despite many requests...When we finally got them to return, they spent a whole 20 minutes 'repairing' their terrble top-dressing and seeding...our grass turned out worse than it was before their work! More bare spots than before.They refuse to complete or credit, simply stating they feel their work was properly done.They also lure you into paying in advance with a 'save the taxes' tactic....so you have no recourse.Very frustrating to deal with...stay away from this company!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. On 2 of the 3 treatments scheduled, I had to call the company to ask when they were coming to do the work. Each time a female receptionist insisted that the work had been done, which was not true, as my wife and I were home on both days and the gate requires us to open the lock for the back yard, as we have an in-ground pool.In spite of my trying to explain that no-one had come to our house to do the spraying, the receptionist keep repeating that her files showed that the work had been done. In utter frustration, I asked to speak to the owner Mario Cloutier and was told that I could not be put in touch with him, nor would he call me. I was stuck trying to deal with a very uncooperative young lady, who would not listen or accept that the work had simply not been done. This was further supported by the fact that no sign had been placed on the yard as is the case when the spraying is completed.The receptionist keep repeating the same thing over and over, that the work had been done. I have called 3 different numbers and each time the same receptionist answered the phone. I finally requested that a supervisor" call me

Absolute garbage. Do not hire this company. Their attractive price is a mega-scam. 1) their products have 0 effect. Fertilizer, white worm treatment, weed inhibitor all had 0 effect. Their Soil Analysis will always come back that you need extra something or other (usually something about PH). I am canceling so is my neighbor and so is my father. 1 season was way too much. Pay a little more a use a reputable company.A little research and you can see that many of their google reviews have been bought.Isn’t it odd that there are a bunch of 5star and then a ton of 1 star. Save your money.

I agree with others who gave a bad review. The company is a scam, please don't be fooled by the low pricing, when its too good to be true it usually isn't true. I first bought the 8 services of fertilizer, weed control, and insecticide for $150. after the first visit someone called and tried to sell me two services to increase my PH $130 and I added seeds since my lawn is thinning for $65..there goes another $200. After the guy came to apply seeding and PH, I did not see any visible seeds on my lawn!!! Right now Weed are all over the place. I have now spent over $350 this year and my lawn looks worst then last year when I didn't spend a dime!This company is a telemarketing scheme which tries to upcharges their clients by selling something they don't need and I doubt the solutions they actually apply is fake or low grade. After reading the other review below I know I am not the only one. CLIENT BEWARE....when users post a 5 star review and it is their only review on google it most likely is FAKE as WELL!

My lawn is looking amazing as usual they did an amazing job. I strongly recommend this company.

Worst experience ever... not sure what products they put on our lawn but the results are a joke.Customer services lies constantly, gave them a chance to make it right and they still screwed it up..Remember, you get what you pay for... I fell for this for many years with the idea that my lawn was not a quick fix. I was wrong. Switched companies mid season and after one treatment the results are astounding.Once again, this review is posted as the supervisor of Customer Service made assurances that he would contact me... he was fully aware that this review would be posted if I did not hear from him...He did not and in fact after many attempt to contact him I have yet to reach him.Do your research.... spend a little more to get what you deserve.

PRICING SCAM?!There's something fishy about this company. My neighbor recently used them so I asked the technician what sorts of treatments they offer. She told me she was a new employee, and hadn't yet learned the prices. She then explained that she mostly does 4 in 1 treatments (Fertilizer, white worms, weed inhibitor, PH contorl) because all the chemicals for the 4 treatments are in a single tank, and that her three auxiliary tanks were only for insecticides/pesticides/fungicide. I then looked at their pricing on their website:Fertilizer: 47$White worms treatment: 47$Weed inhibitor: 47$PH Control: 65$So it seems pretty obvious that people who are paying for all 4 of these treatments are getting nothing more than people who pay for just one of these treatments. Remember, the tech confirmed that all these treatments were pre-mixed in a single tank.The reviews here for this company are also very fishy. If you scroll back you can see that most Spring reviewers are 5 star and that most fall reviews are 1 star...The majority of the five star reviews are clearly fake. Who would rate a lawn care company five stars in the spring time?? There's no way any treatment would have significant effects in Spring. We can scroll back for 2 years and see that this company gets tons of seemingly fake reviews in the Spring time.**EDIT: Response to business**“I see you are not and have never been a client of ours.”I explicitly said that my neighbor was a client…“If one of our truck happens to have fertilizer, white grubs treatment and Ph control treatment in its tank that day, it is because it is only going to customers who ordered each one of these specific treatments.”I actually confirmed with another neighbor further down the street who only paid for white worms only, from the same employee, same truck, same SINGLE TANK. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt that what you stated is how you intend for it to work, but obviously on this day (and probably several others), the 4 treatments were premixed and it was NOT “is only going to customers who ordered each one of these specific treatments”“In fact, most bad reviews about us are unfortunately from people who have never even been in our client data-base and have never tried our products to begin with.”That’s completely normal, family members are likely reviewing in their place. Also the lack of reviews from 2-4 stars is worrying. When abusiness has mostly 1 star and 5 star reviews, it is alarming.

Asked for a full seasonal package last year along with foliage anti-parasitaire" and the combo seems to have worked fairly well. Much fewer insects in my yard this year. Will repeat the treatement this year since it worked well last year. I love that it is all biological products and is good to nature and animal/kid friendly."
