Derek and his team were exceptional!The guys were some of the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. They were punctual, quiet, and they always cleaned up after them selves.Neighbours even were complementing how great of job they did.I would def recommend Capor for all your home improvement needs.

**WARNING**HORRIBLE SERVICE! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!I hired this company to come and install a door and windows for my house on Thursday, September 24th. On Friday, I called twice because the job done was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS! I have left several messages with the receptionist and spoke to a representative who says, he will call back but never does. None of the calls have been returned.I am mortified to see that this company has such great reviews when, I trusted this company and PAID all the fees for the work to be done. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM! I would hate for anyone to pay for this awful labor.

The workers were hard working & courteous. Very friendly & did an excellent job installing our new vinyl siding, eavetroughs & windows. Also Steve Ireland was wonderful to deal with explaining every detail. We would definitely recommend them to others.

From the moment we reached out to CAPOR, we received amazing service. They were timely in coming to see our issue, quickly provided a quote in, and came to complete the work as soon as materials arrived - all within a couple of weeks. Derrick was so great at explaining the work his teams needed to do, so we were comfortable with what we were agreeing to. The crews that arrived to fix our roof & siding were polite, efficient, and tidied up like they weren’t even here at all. We were so impressed with the value and quality of the work for the price, especially compared to other vendor quotes we had received. I got my roof, front door, two windows, and my garage door capping installed by C. A.P O.R. The jobs on the two different occasions were done properly, and the crews were respectful and polite. Up to now, I haven't experienced any issues from past and recent work.I would recommend the company.==============

Derrick came out to give us a quote on our roof, siding, fascia, soffits, and front door. When we disposed of some old awnings ourselves, the quote was adjusted appropriately and without any prompting. The work was completed very quickly as soon as the covid lockdowns were ended and everything looks great. When we were unhappy with a couple of small things, someone came quickly to fix those issues for us, and we were golden. We didn't hesitate to call CAPOR back for some window work, since their pricing has been fair and the employees at the company have been extremely responsive. I definitely recommend CAPOR for home Reno's such as windows, doors, roof, and siding.

We used CAPOR Renovations to replace a shingled roof and they exceeded our expectations. Their price was competitive, the service is top notch, and the after-service (if you have any concerns) is responsive and prompt. Derrick (owner) is professional, kind, fair, and it’s obvious they value their customers based on how I was treated. Of seven quotes, Derrick stood out due to how knowledgeable and organized he was. All of his current insurance, BBB good rating, worker’s comp paperwork, manufacturer’s warranty and brochures were all in order for inspection at the very first meeting. He educated me on his product and why they trust it. Denish is the on-site supervisor and he too is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in roofing. Denish is professional and a pleasure to work with. He ensures the job is done well and follows up to ensure you’re satisfied. This business is transparent and you can see exactly what you’re being charged for. I felt very comfortable trusting them with my roof job. Afterwards, they thoroughly swept the property with a magnet roller to ensure loose nails and debris were cleaned up and did not pose a hazard for my family. I felt that the friendly and hard-working crew treated my property and neighbouring properties with care and respect. Afterwards, I had a concern about part of the roof and Derrick returned promptly to install an additional vent to improve ventilation. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality installation and materials by an experienced local company who stands behind their work years after the job is done. They have a loyal clientele and believe in taking care of their customers. They have been in business for many, many years and I can see why.Keep up the good work, CAPOR! Installers appeared to be rushed considering project was delayed due to weather.Installation quality was an issue. Some windows were not installed levelled and caulking job was poor. Considerable mess of broken glass and debris was left on premises.

Derrick is great to deal with along with the rest if the crew....super nice guys....My frt outside door came damaged ( not there fault) and am waiting to hear back when the replacement will be coming and is being looked after by Derrick....Installation was great and looks fantastic for the windows and door.....I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone....great job....Update...new door came in and installed couldn't ask for anything better ..... couldnt be happier...Chris & Cindy Dale
