Big disappointment here.All they were required to do is get the measurements correct.That said, Urban Quarry Ottawa covered their blunders as best they could, and are an excellent company with which to deal.

I get stuck behind one of their trucks driving 60 in an 80 zone and not once using a signal when turning. If their driving is anything like their work I'd be looking elsewhere

I had them do my counter tops and i regret it i will not recommend them to anyone trully a waste of money hireing them i had to re level them after they were installed the over hang is wrong my counter tops are 2 inches shorter then they should be so the cupboard nobs stick out past the counter top and they cut the angles wrong as well ALL they had to say is we made a mistake and were not fixing it it was a tricky one ... and then they went and hacked another persons counter top angles as well 2 for 2 awfull measuring cutting instalation and customer service experiences this company sucks dont waste your time or money

They did the first job okay (really late but okay) the second one is a nightmare. The pantry is way off, it was supposed to go to the ceiling and doesn’t. The width is also off. Overall terrible. Joanne is also unprofessional, she thinks taking only 100$ off will fix the issue. It will take more then that. I wouldn’t recommend.

Paramount kitchens made and installed new kitchen counters. It was a great experience working with them; they double-checked my measurements, installed counter and new sink and removed all old items. The crew was careful and cleaned up before leaving. Price was also less than the big box store counter.
