I hired them to move with a 16’ truck & 2 movers. They called the afternoon before (Sunday) saying they were going to have to delay 3hrs because of another job. They called back just after 6pm to cancel because of a failure in trucks transmission which was the truthful issue initially. While trying to discuss solutions, I was YELLED AT repeatedly, interrupted, ignored, & hung up on. He sent me another company that was going to cost a bit extra but turned out it was significantly more & not divulged until half moved.Extortion for sure.No response from email only customer service rep.companies having no back up plan should price themselves accordingly. If I cancelled within 24hrs there's a fee regardless

They where communicative, on time, diligent and had great customer service. Definitely worth the price for the quality of work. Would definitely call them again. This company is a complete scam. They are using legitimate company names to scam their way in and rip people off. Beware. This company went out of business 5 years ago. They have multiple websites and numerous phone numbers and the First thing they want is your credit card. You should NEVER pay in advance for any movers.
