Work was carried out quickly and professionally and the invoicing was itemized, not just one lump sum at the end. Service workers arrived on time and didn’t waste time. I would definitely recommend Unaffiliated Hot Tub. In fact, I would highly recommend them.

Very poorly run business. They wont even show up without a credit card. At first I mentioned i was a bit apprehensive about that and their tune immediately changed. I sent my info and then they refused my service because i was slightly apprehensive at first. Typically you get reassurance but in this case they ran for the hills. Definitely a red flag!These People have wasted my for the past 7 WeeksThe response below is false. i wish i could post our conversations onlineDon't be fooled by the inexperience of this business

For my money Lauren at Unaffiliated Hot Tub Home Care is the single most reliable source for all things hot tubs and hot tub repairs in Saskatchewan. I’m not a customer, but I’ve worked with Lauren on a number of projects that have given me a chance to see his expertise first hand. I've learned more about hot tubs and how to take care of them from Lauren than I ever thought was possible. I'd trust him to take care of any tricky spa problem. Totally recommended.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Lauren and Julie. I had a particularly challenging situation but really wanted repair versus replace. It was actually pretty fascinating to see the ‘guts’ of a hot tub . I felt a lot of trust and sincerity from Lauren and despite my knowing nothing about hot tubs , I felt I was being treated with honest dialogue around different options to consider. Thank you Lauren and Julie!
