Kid to Kid Mississauga

This store is amazing!!! I can not believe the quality of clothes that I get from here! The owner really has a fantastic standard, not just for her products but also for how she keeps her store! My son can grow through a size in months and within a visit, I can sell the old size back and get a whole new wardrobe in the new size, so easy!!! My son also has an issues regulating his body temperature and I just got 2 Under Armour dry fit shirts for $5 each! Head to toe I know my kid is covered at Kid to Kid!They also have fantastic costumes, toys and so much more. Direct quote from my 5 year old “this place is better than toys r us!”

My daughter loved a specific outfit (a fuzzy cat pajama) she had gotten from Walmart, right up until she grew out of it. My husband has been checking Walmart's all over our area since they all used to have this item, but can't find it anymore and it's not online. We had recently resigned ourselves that we would not be able to replace it. We recently visited to take advantage of a great sale, and to our surprise, we found the outfit! New with tags and in her current size! My daughter is over the moon! Thanks Kid to Kid! You guys are always helpful and friendly!

I will not be going back to this store and I do not recommend it. When my daughter and I visited the store, my toddler sat on one of the toy cars as most toddlers would. She was on it for about 2 seconds before 2 of the staff members were telling her to get off and stated “you can ride it if you buy it”. Not sure how I would even know if it was working without having pressed the on button…. I stayed for a couple minutes and left because I was quite uncomfortable. I think the owners would benefit from some customer service refreshers.

Was selling yesterday. There was one friendly staff member she worse glasses the other 2 staff were rude enough to give me dirty looks and one was dismissive when I mentioned my son did something cute. They told me they'd be 10 -20 min so I waited and that's what happened when I made conversation or asked about something. Thank God for the woman in glasses she made it easier to wait for my items. You didn't buy a swing at the beginning because it says 2020 on the tag not the actual swing so I was fine with that but it just felt iky the entire experience and I hope your other 2 employees that day can maybe just be kind its free. They opened up a ouac in mississauga I went there after and they bought even more stuff they passed on and also bought my swing. I made 70 there 15 with your store. It's not even worth the gas money.

No no no no...Not even Think of going there...waste of Money...I brought plasma car from that rude lady for 65$ as she mentioned it's brand new.... when I opened at home it was faulty piece and not getting assembled l...when I came back she didn't even bothered to look at the item and simply said I can't take it back and can't help..From her voice and tone it was pretty clear that she was aware it was faulty piece so she was just trying to send me back....I asked her for customer care contact she was like do whatever you want very rude...and just their to play with your kids emotions...I told her I brought it just because it's brand new but she asked us to leave... don't even think of buying anything from her

Great experience to get used kids toys, dress and shoes. all are in good condition and reasonable price. supportive staffs are also a plus

I'm very big fun of used clothes.It's not only fun shopping for them but Saving money in today's economy is a big deal.This location offers tons of great quality items for babies, toddlers, youth and kids .Toys, cribs, stroller accessories, books shoes new items and so much more!!!Lots of parking spaces and super convenient location

So I’m not one to leave reviews on places but iv sold to kidtokid before & the most recent visit I had was not pleasant. I’m not 100% sure who I actually dealt with when I came in to pickup my return for the items but she wasn’t the friendliest & her smart comments about me maybe being more prepared next time. I know the rules of selling items to you guys & there is always other ways to tell people things then snarky remarks. Thanks for my 14$ return.
