had a very bad experience working here in shipping department. in afternoon shift there is a guy named Jaspreet Singh who gets you kicked out of the work by putting false allegations on you if you dont do his buttering. they dont care if you are a hard working employee or not they just listen to him , so if you want to keep working there you have to do buttering of this person.Was not expected from Lululemon.

Racism and favouritism is rampant. There are different standards for Indians and non Indians and different for hired and those who come via any agency. Overheard some hired employees admit to hating Indians. Overall their policy is use and throw their employees. As long as they need you you’ll get paid and everything. Once they don’t, they’ll find an excuse to fire you.

Overall a great place to work, majority of team leads, supervisors, managers and coworkers are friendly. Great company overall with great benefits for full time staff. Basically one of the best warehouses I have ever worked for. Definitely recommend if you get the opportunity.

Good place to work, everyone is nice to work with but can't say the same thing about the midnight shift's management.

WHERE DO I BEGIN... DONT WORK HERE!!!I’m gonna say the work environment is really enjoyable and everyone gets along with each other. The management (Especially the receiving department) on the other hand... let’s just say they’re a hot mess. The first time they tell someone to do something and they don’t like how it’s going or it’s not going the way they want it to be the employees gets the blame for messing up even though you followed all the instructions. And the BS they are feeding to the temps promising them they will get a full time position if they work hard enough which is so wrong so many levels, they would only used temps once it’s no longer busy and cut them. They hire too many temps for a small work productivity.I wish the Ministry of labour would look deeper. Don’t apply hire. PERIOD!!!!!Fake supervisor!!!!

Too much favoritism at this location. They don't care how hard people works. they only promote their friends. NO GROWTH. THEY GONNA GIVE U FALSE HOPES TO GET THEIR WORK DONE. I hope management see my comments and do something.

A very toxic work environment.The management tries hard to showcase its “values” but in reality it is total opposite of it.People coming through agencies are seen as paid robots who can’t even stand for a minute to relax while the hired empolyees just leave their job in the middle and go in the washrooms for 20-30 mins and even for hours.All the rules are just for people who are not hired directly.Lululemon employees use phones during work and even stand and sit idly but they are never questioned.On the other hand, if you are from an agency and you are not working every single second ,you are liked to be sent home.Most toxic trait of this building is favouritism.If you are in good books of the section go to or your leader you are allowed to do the job u like while if you are just a mere associate who does his job , you cannot say no to your senior and you will not be given duty of your choice.Definitely this place needs many improvements.
