Delivery marked ‘in transit’, followed by ‘out for delivery’ the following day, and finally, ‘final delivery attempt made’ the next day.Contacted customer service, who stated the package never left the warehouse, and that each message constitutes a ‘delivery attempt’.Not only did they fail to notify me, they then told me that the ‘resolution’ was for me to go pick up my own package - for which I paid a delivery fee.Customer service was abrasive and short, and the supervisor refused - they weren’t unavailable, they refused - to speak with me because the resolution had already been provided.UPS: where you pay for shipping, and then go pick it up yourself because they can’t be bothered to actually deliver the item.

Terrible service. I attempted to stop a package from being returned to sender fully aware that the package was sitting at this warehouse, they still sent it out. Now both seller and myself have to pay double to get this in my hands.

Probably the worst delivery center in all of Canada. Time sensitive package has been ready to be delivered for several days. Every day the estimated delivery time is “Today” yet nothing comes and it gets updated to the next day. I stress anyone and everyone to use other businesses to send packages because UPS does not care about fulfilling delivery times or even delivering your package.

UPS Customer service Automated answer machine unable to understand the tracking number that i am telling and unable to forward call to any representative. I tried 5 times but every time same issue. Really UPS Customer center in Canada is really bad.

Worst customer service possible. The driver is caught on camera never exiting his vehicle to deliver. I was home with my three dogs when my email dinged saying attempt made. So I promptly checked the cameras. He never even got out of his vehicle. What’s worse? I called customer service and they said “oh yes, this is a big problem we’re having right now. It’s all the calls we’re getting of drivers not even trying to deliver.” I paid for a service and took the time off work to be home. Customer service assured me they would come back and deliver my package but they didn’t. Now 5 days later and I’m still waiting and the staff at concord have been less than cooperating or helpful in redelivering my package. I will be posting the camera footage (with time stamp) and the email of attempt made to all social platforms so that everyone can see the awful service UPS gives and that they LIE to their clients. I would pay more just to avoid using UPS in the future.

I wish I could give this place less then a star. I paid import on an item online only to have the status updated to not deliver because driver could not collect payment even though I was home the whole day waiting for this urgent package.... and no one showed up at all...yet they claim they attempted delivery. I called customer service that the moment I got the status update they assured me it would be resent for delivery before 8 that day. It's has now been 2 days and I don't have my package. You guys are actually useless and it's frustrating.

Driver named Angelito with license plate AY 15941 is the worst driver in the whole UPS company.He is aggressive and unprofessional, doesn't do his job properly, he's always shouting on the phone and he is terrible at driving.He has misdelivered our packages to wrong addresses , he has damaged our property with his truck multiple times and he is always late.I have contacted his supervisor and he mentioned there is already multiple complaints for him.Please look into this driver and replace him as soon as possible as he is damaging the UPS reputation.Attached is a picture of him and the license plate.

Lied about 'attempting to deliver' my package. Video evidence shows no attempt was made. Lost my package for a week. Never using UPS again. Do better.

Absolutely the worst service possible. Shipment is delayed by multiple days, finally shows out for delivery (7 shipments), the driver couldn't find the address even though I'm sure they have the technology to do so, let alone the fact this isn't the first shipment being delivered to this address. The staff couldn't even have it arranged for pick up (not their fault but UPS doesn't have processes in place to resolve issues like these) because clearly UPS can't deliver a package without troubling the customers non stop but they can't even keep it ready for a pick up even though paid tons of $$ just for shipping itself. Will not be using UPS going forward!

When I told them I would not be home to receive the package and asked them to send it to a pickup location they flatly refused. They tried 4 times to deliver it to my empty house before they gave up and left it at a pickup location without notifying me. The people are nice but there is something wrong with this company.
