I couldn't ask for a better experience. Every staff member was friendly and polite, I felt like I was being treated with respect.Even though there were lots of people waiting, I still went through the entire process very, very quickly.Give respect, get respected. Simple formula.

Very poor. If i could I would give a zero to abbotsford hospital. My mother jas High blood pressure and I took her hospital many times but one day her blood was 211/110 I took her emergency right away but no one came to see her for 7.5 hrs. She had her medication before we left for hospital luckily otherwise no kne cares in ARH. When I ask nurse about how long it would be because my mother's all body was shaking and her blood was so high back again. She said we have to wait , not sure how long if you can't wait you guyz can go home . Veryyyy veryyyy bad service and longer waits day by day

2 stars for I saw very kind people working too.Stayed more than 3 hours with a big pain, just switching from one area to another.Short staffed, lack of human empathy?I know that service should be re-evaluated.

Went to the ER Although waiting 8 hours and having to leave because it was taking to long, that's not the hospitals fault, they are understaffed and under financed and it all depends on trauma care that comes in. So for all the complaining in the reviews, just be happy it's free Healthcare. Though I wasn't able to see a Dr, the staff at night was super friendly and informative, making sure everyone was doing alright and doing thier best, thank you especially to Andrew. I will probably come back at night again just because of how kind and attentive he was.Otherwise, the hospital Is a very nice facility, having been here many many times for a multitude of things, I would of course recommend it, hopefully they get a extention added on soon though.

Always great to wait 2 hours for a reassessment by the doctor only to hear a nurse say why is this guy up for reassessment when he hasn't had his CT scan yet then rush over and hastily stab an IV in your arm and rush you off for the test.

Waited 5 hours while my husband was in excruciating pain! He finally was admitted and keep for kidney stone surgery the next night! I wish people knew about the urgent care that's open from 5pm to 9pm for less severe cases, then people that really need the Emergency Dept" wouldn't have to wait so ridiculously long ."

They do a pretty good job short staffed, underpaid, and overworked while the execs get bonuses and vacations.And we as a society have to brainstorm how to fix a broken health care system? Start with executive salaries, bonuses, and excessive spending of taxpayers. I'm just saying.....Much respect and love to all the hard-working staff!

We just moved to abbotsford and were expecting birth of our baby girl. Even without knowing us or our history or medical background, the maternity department handled us perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the most professional and happy people who work there and are so very thankful with the safe delivery and care of my wife.

The willingness to help from the nurses / staff will vary from department to department. ICU staff were very attentive and carrying while the nurses in the general rooms didn't tend to my partner's uncle, leaving him unbathed and covered in his tried blood, and at one point, laying on the floor for upwards of 4 hours after falling out of his bed. However, they were respectful and considerate with ceremonial drumming and singing, so that was very good to see from them.Very beautiful and welcoming interior - it's like you're in a modern TV series hospital. The main lobby is massive and open with a Starbucks at the main entrance, an actual gift shop with handmade items, and a private restaurant inside to the right.

Super upset, being in the recovery area after a procedure and general anesthesia, a nurse with an arrogant attitude and constantly pushing my bed with her hips told me that she would send me home or I would have to pay 3600 dollars a night assuming that I am a foreigner and I do not have the right to my MSP I made the complaint on May 10 and I am still waiting for a response from the hospital.This week I'm going to Human Rights.
